GAMBARAN TUGAS

Main Function:

Manages the performance of telemarketing team that the targets are met
at specific levels.

Responsibilities:

1. Compliance to Telemarketing KPI
2. Day to day monitoring
3. Information dissemination and update
4. Forecasting, staffing and scheduling
5. Performance analysis and management

KUALIFIKASI YANG DIBUTUHKAN

Physical Attributes:

1. Male/Female – age 28-35 years old
2. Personality – presentable, with pleasing personality
3.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field from a reputable
university
2. IPK Minimal 3.00
3. Preferably, with knowledge on process control and improvement
4. Able to use basic Microsoft Office applications; knowledge on
other related applications is a plus
5.

Work Experience:

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as Telemarketing Team
Leader/Supervisor

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as Telemarketing
Agent/Call center agent

Language Proficiency

English, Indonesia

Key Personal Characteristics:

Excellent supervisory and leadership skills, with strong results
orientation

1. Excellent people development skills, including coaching and
counselling

2. Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken form

3. Strong sales target orientation, both for internal and
external customers
