Job Description:

Discipline: Process Engineering

Available Positions:

1) HOD Process Engineer

2) Lead Process Engineer

3) Senior Process Engineer

Required Qualification:

1) Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering

2) Past Experience should include:

a) Conceptual studies, FEED, detailed design & engineering for
onshore / offshore oil and gas processing facilities / refinery
process unit design

b) Should be familiar with HAZOP and design reviews

c) Should have been involved in pre-commissioning and
commissioning procedures and activities.

d) Should be able to use process simulation software such as
HYSYS, ProII, Pipesim, PipePhase etc.

e) is essential. Familiarity with Process Hazard / Risk
Analysis is advantageous. Responsibilities will include development of
PFD's, P&ID's, UFD's & data sheet including sizing and specification
equipment & instruments.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Process Simulations

2) Equipment sizing, line sizing, instrument sizing

3) Preparation of equipment and instrument data sheets

4) Preparation of operating manual, SAFE charts, C&E diagrams

5) Participation in HAZOP, design reviews, Project technical reviews

6) Co-ordination with other disciplines

Discipline: Mechanical Engineering

Available Positions:

1) Lead Mechanical Engineer

2) Senior Mechanical Engineer

Required Qualification:

1) Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering

2) Past Experience should include:

a) Extensive hands-on experience in design and detailed
engineering of pressure vessels, columns, storage tanks & reactors.

b) Capable of independently producing design calculations and
specifications, conducting drawing review and preparing MTO's for
estimating and fabrication purposes.

c) Must be familiar with design codes ASME Sec. VIII Div 1, Div
2, PD 5500 & API 620/650

d) proficient with PV Elite, Code Calc. Tank Cal, Fin glow etc.

e) Good knowledge of selection and specification of matters such
as CS + H IC, SS, clad, alloy and non-ferrous alloys.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Static equipment design calculations

2) Preparation of datasheets, specifications, MTOs for
procurement of static equipments

3) Evaluation, review and approval of vendor data

4) Equipment sizing

5) Co-ordination with other disciplines

Discipline: Piping Engineering

Available Positions:

1) Senior Piping Engineers

Required Qualification for Senior Engineer and Engineer positions:

1) Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering /
Chemical Engineering

2) Past Experience should include:

a) Piping engineering, layout design activities.

b) Capable of preparing piping design calculations,
specifications and datasheets for piping materials, Valves & Piping
Specialties.

c) Familiar with Procurement Engineering activities, such as
RFQ/TBE & Vendor documents review.

d) Familiar with International codes & Standards such as API,
ANSI, DIN, BS etc.

e) Hands-on experience in Piping Stress Analysis using Caesar II
software and exposure to 3D CAD (PDMS) projects and Construction
Engineering activities will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities for Senior Engineer and Engineer Positions:

1) Preparation of datasheets, specifications

2) Preparation of piping layouts

3) Review of 3-D models

4) Prepare / review piping deliverables design basis, design
criteria, piping material specification, MTOs, stress analysis
calculation, specialty piping items datasheets, valve datasheets etc.

5) Evaluation, review and approval of vendor data

6) Co-ordination with other disciplines

1) Senior Piping Engineer 5-10 years

Discipline: Electrical Engineering

Available Positions:

1) Lead Electrical Engineer

2) Senior Electrical Engineers

Required Qualification for Lead, Senior and Engineer positions:

1) Must posses Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.

2) Past Experience should include:

a) Detailed electrical engineering design for up stream oil/ gas industry.

b) familiar with electrical design software (ETAP/ EDSA/ CYME)

c) Familiarity with codes/ standards/ regulations applicable to
oil and gas industry.

d) Hands on experience in estimation, schedule planning/ control
of man hour, project progress tracking, liaison with client and other
disciplines.

e) Well versed with safety norms and capable of implementing the
safety policy to ensure the safe design of electrical facilities.

f) Experience in PMS (Power Management system) is desirable.

g) Should have worked as a lead engineer for at least one
offshore project, having the facilities of high voltage (HV) power
generation and distribution system (only for Lead Engineer Position)

h) Familiar in preparing the departmental procedures/ guidelines
and implementation of the same (for Lead Engineer Position Only)

Job Responsibilities:

1) Preparation and review of lay outs, single line diagrams,
schematic diagrams

2) Load flow analysis, short circuit analysis, motor starting
analysis, transient stability analysis, ground grid design, relay
coordination and setting, using EDSA, ETAP or CYME.

3) Sizing and selection of alternators, transformers, HV/ LV
Switchgears, UPS, Nav Aids system, Cables (FS/ FRLS), lighting systems
(indoor/ outdoor),

4) Preparation of electrical equipment specification/ data
sheets and power/ lighting/ earthling layouts.

5) Preparation of specification, datasheets for electrical equipments.

6) Evaluation, selection of vendors for electrical equipements

7) Review/approval of vendor data into detailed design

8) Co-ordination with other disciplines.

1) Lead Electrical Engineer 10-15 Years

2) Senior Electrical Engineer 5-10 years

Discipline: Structural Engineering

Available Positions:

1) Senior Structural Engineers

Required Qualification for Lead, Senior and Engineer positions:

1) Must posses Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Structural
Engineering / Naval Architecture

2) Past Experience should include:

a) Conceptual, FEED, detailed design engineering and analysis of
offshore structures like Jacket platform, FPSO.

b) A thorough knowledge of materials, specifications,

c) Working knowledge of design software - SACS or equivalent for
offshore analysis program and GRL WEAP is essential.

d) Familiarity with relevant API, ISO, DNV codes and proficient
with Noble Denton installation criteria.

e) Exposure to construction related activities and cost/man-hour
estimation will be an added advantage.

f) Working experience as Lead Engineer is required (for Lead
Position only)

Job Responsibilities:

1) Leading team of engineers and designers for structural design
activities.

2) Man-hour control,

3) Undertake design and analysis assignments, a thorough
knowledge of materials , specifications, design software - SACS or
equivalent offshore analysis program and GRL WEAP is essential and
should have worked as Lead Engineer.

4) Review/approval of vendor data into detailed design

5) Co-ordination with other disciplines.

Discipline: Instrumentation Engineering

Available Positions:

1) Senior Instrument Engineers

Required Qualification for Lead, Senior and Engineer positions:

1) Must posses Bachelor's/Master' s degree in Instrumentation
Engineering.

2) Must posses Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Structural
Engineering / Naval Architecture

3) Past Experience should include:

a) Experience in conceptual studies, FEED, detailed design & engineering.

b) Competencies in the development of specifications, engineering
and design for the procurement, installation and integration of
systems and instrumentation.

c) Hands on experience with INTOOLS will be an added advantage.

d) Extensive experience of DCS / SGS / F&G systems is essential,
as is experience of SCADA and communication networks.

e) Familiarity with conducting and implementing safety studies
will be an added advantage.

f) Working experience as Lead Engineer is required (for Lead
Position only)
