Senior Supply Chain Specialist / Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

Support the process management and project management of supply
chain in Southern Pacific Region
Responsible for the planning and implementation of global supply
chain business, adjust operation strategies and systems to cope with
on changing needs for market expansion
Constantly review and improve the processes of Supply Chain
Management
Perform data analysis of order and delivery management; involve in
the key projects and provide strategy analysis
Analyze customs policies, import regulations and favorable policies
in local and origin country; keep abreast with the latest changes
Formulate secure, efficient and cost-effective import-export
solutions and ensure smooth implementation and running of supply
chain management
Organize training and able to train other supervisors of overseas
regions
Oversee the warehousing management, accuracy and security of
inventory in a timely and cost efficiency manner
Coordination person between the region and the headquarter on the
schedule and order process

Requirements:

Posses Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing or
related field of study
Minimum 5 years of related working experience with at least 2 years
in supervisory and managerial role with direct subordinates
Good knowledge in supply chain management, customs procedures,
international trade regulations and work flow
Exposure in international and multinational company with cross
cultural working experience
Strong leadership qualities and management skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
Excellent communications skills with the ability to interact with
all levels
Mobile and flexible, willing to travel excessively within the region
Good spoken and written in English, while proficiency in Mandarin
will be an added advantage
