PROCUREMENT ENGINEER

JOB RESPONSIBILIIES

Source, select and monitor subcontractors to meet our requirements
and budget.
Build and maintain the subcontractors’ resources platform and relationship.
Liaise and negotiate with subcontractors on pricing, deliverables
and payment/trading terms
Prepare subcontracting related documents
Monitor, control and evaluate Subcontractors’ work quality.
Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve major problems and
manage any commercial breach of contract.
Manage the commercial information of subcontractors.
Responsible for ensuring that outsourced solutions meet the
strategy, operation, services and network requirements of the customer
Support turnkey projects and provide competitive outsourcing
solutions based on the overall development strategy of the company
Execute the procurement operation for projects
Identify, source, evaluate and manage suppliers of outsourcing
equipments for telecommunication equipments
Responsible for quality control of outsourcing equipments from
suppliers for turnkey project

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering or related field of study.
Good knowledge in finance and international commerce, experience
in contract administration preferred
Experience in telecommunication project management would be an advantage
Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and able
to interact with people at all levels.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
