Jakarta based company with more than 31 years of experience in
providing services to oil and gas industry and Geothermal in
Indonesia.

We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position for our
project at CEPU BLOCK.

1. ONSHORE PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT (CP-01)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Reports to Pipeline Construction Site Manager.
• Supervise pre-construction, mainline construction, mechanical
completion, and pipeline commissioning activities while driving
contractor towards flawless performance in the areas of SSHE, quality,
schedule, and cost.
• Review construction plans and administer the execution of the EPC
contract. Review change requests in accordance with project management
of change plan.
• Coordinate resolution of construction issues with appropriate
company and contractor resources on and off site.
• Interface with Operations, Drilling, and/or other EPC s as
necesssary to effectively execute construction activities.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS/ME in Engineering.
• 10 years experience in Oil and Gas with a minimum of 7 years in pipelines.
• Strong leadership skills while still able to nurture harmony in the
work teams.
• Full understanding of site safety issues and onshore pipeline
construction methods.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.

2. ONSHORE PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR (CP-02)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Reports to Onshore Pipeline Construction Superintendent.
• Supervise pre-construction, mainline construction, HDD, and valve
site construction while monitoring and appraising contractor s
performance in the areas of SSHE, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Provide input on construction plans and administration of the EPC
contract. Review change requests in accordance with project management
of change plan.
• Coordinate resolution of construction issues with appropriate
company and contractor resources on and off site.
• Keep an accurate time log and provide Superintendent with daily
notes as well as continuous verbal feedback on project progress,
issues, and/or problem areas.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS/ME in Engineering.
• 7 years experience in Oil and Gas with a minimum of 4 years in pipelines.
• Strong supervision skills while still able to nurture harmony in the
work teams.
• Familiar with site safety issues and onshore pipeline construction methods.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.

3. INSPECTION LEAD SPREAD (CP-03)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Oversee inspection of piping and weding activities conducted at
contractors and sub-contractors facilities.
• Coordinate with other structural and piping inspectors.
• Review original material certificates for compliances to codes and
specifications.
• Ensure testing, measuring, welding and NDE equipment is fully
calibrated and has current certification.
• Ensure storage and user of welding consumables is per manufacture s
recommendations and full certifications.
• Review Contractor s field inspections and test reports.
• Verify Contractor, subcontractor Quality Management systems, plans,
procedures and processes are in place.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
• Working knowledge of:
√ Piping and pressure vessel codes and quality standards (E.g. AWS
D1.1, CSA B51, ASME Section III, ASME B31.3, and ISO 9001).
√ Piping fabrication methods.
√ Welding processes and NDE techniques including evaluation methods.
√ Piping, Isometrics and shop drawing.
• Trained to authorize work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space, etc).
• Good Oral and written English language skills.
• Well versed in safe work practices.
• Strong Supervision and leadership skills.
• Minimum ten (10) years experience in inspection of piping systems on
major onshore construction projects.

4. SPREAD INSPECTOR PIPELINE (CP-04)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Oversee inspection of piping and welding activities conducted at
contractors and sub-contractors facilities.
• Coordinate with other structural and piping inspectors.
• Review original material certificates for compliance to codes and
specifications.
• Ensure testing, measuring, welding, and NDE equipment is fully
calibrated and has current certification.
• Ensure storage and use of welding consumables is per manufacture s
recommendations and full certification.
• Review Contractor s field inspection and test reports.
• Verify fabrication fit-up, alignment, and dimensional tolerances.
• Review welder qualifications certifications, and attend welder qualification.
• Verify Contractor, Subcontractor Quality management systems, plans,
procedures, and processes are in place implement Cepu project
Construction Surveillance Program.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• Working Knowledge of:
o Piping and pressure vessel codes and quality standards (E.g. AWS
D1.1, CSA B51, ASME Section III, ASME B31.3, and ISO 9001).
o Piping fabrication methods.

5. COATING INSPECTOR (CP-05)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Verify required coating inspection methods are performed on
pipeline, including DFT, holiday testing, etc.
• Monitor mixing and application of coating by contractor.
• Maintain daily log of activities.
• Oversee application of field joint coating.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• Extensive training and experience in coatings & coatings inspection,
application methods & testing.
• Previous training as a NACE coatings inspector is helpful.
• Knowledge of surface preparation methods & other requirements for
obtaining desired performance from coatings.
• Seven (7) years experience in coatings & coatings inspection.
• Overseas pipeline experience is helpful.
• Competent in PC skills relative to Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail systems.

6. CIVIL INSPECTOR (CP-06)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Oversee civil/structural related construction activities
(excavation, paving, etc.) performed by the Contractor or
sub-contractors in assigned coverage area.
• Read and understand project design drawings and documents in order
to obtain specific knowledge of project work scope.
• Ensure that all civil/structural related activities are performed
safely and in compliance with project specifications, Company
standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all required civil/structural related inspections are
performed properly.
• Maintain daily log of activities.
• Facilitate communication of civil related project execution issues
the Project Team.
• Communicate with the Contractor and sub-contractors to ensure that
the work is executed in accordance with project specifications,
Company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications
and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be
processed according to project procedures; maintain Deviation Control
Log.
• Assist in stewarding civil/structural queries from the Contractor
and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests.
• Keep Project Team informed of civil/structural progress, deviations,
and execution concerns.
• Provide input on contractor performance such as worker capabilities,
training, qualifications, and staffing levels.
• Assist the Project Team in obtaining civil/structural related
contract documents, including those referred to in the job
specification.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• Broad and extensive knowledge of:
- Industry design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate
safety criteria.
- Onshore pipeline and valve station design, construction, and operations.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in an engineering.
• 10+ years of closely related professional experience, 5+ years
inspecting civil/structural works.
• Strong organizational, management, and technical judgment skills.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent
changes in priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to
technical and business communications.

7. E&I INSPECTOR (CP-07)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Oversee E&I related construction activities (conduit installation,
cabling, terminations, testing, etc.) performed by the Contractor or
sub-contractors in assigned coverage area.
• Read and understand project design drawings and documents in order
to obtain specific knowledge of project work scope.
• Ensure that all E&I related activities are performed safely and in
compliance with project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all required E&I related inspections are performed properly.
• Maintain daily log of activities.
• Facilitate communication of civil related project execution issues
the Project Team.
• Communicate with the Contractor and sub-contractors to ensure that
the work is executed in accordance with project specifications,
Company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications
and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be
processed according to project procedures; maintain Deviation Control
Log.
• Assist in stewarding E&I queries from the Contractor and

8. SHE & S ADVISOR (CP-08)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team
members, including consultants and contractor personnel.
• Conduct regular safety inspections/assessments on-site and at key
off-site subcontractor locations in accordance with established
project and site safety plans or as requested by site team members.
• Identify and work to eliminate hazards, unsafe conditions, and
unsafe acts; work with company, contractor, and subcontractor
management toward achieving an injury-free work place.
• Keep site management apprised of significant safety issues, safety
alerts and plans/progress towards resolving issues and eliminating
hazards.
• Advise site team of safety initiatives, issues, challenges, and
incident investigations/follow-up.
• Communicate safety initiatives, achievements, experiences, and
issues from other sites and projects with site team members and
contractor/subcontractor safety advisors/management.
• Participate in investigation and follow-up of incidents/accidents;
prepare notifications/reports for communication of significant
incidents to company project/functional management per project
incident reporting procedures and matrix.
• Coach and advise contractor/subcontractor safety
professionals/management in incident investigation documentation,
reporting, and follow-up, including root cause analysis and case
management.
• Monitor work processes to ensure compliance with the site work
permit system and area/system responsibilities.
• Prepare/provide a safety induction briefing to new Company team
members and EM visitors to site.
• Collect and share safety lessons learned with other sites and
project and functional management.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:

• College level education or equivalent.
• 5-7 years in Construction Safety-related positions (Prefer previous
experience with Oil & Gas company).
• Good computer skills including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel,
Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.

9. SECURITY ADVISOR (CP-09)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team
members, including consultants and contractor personnel.
• Conduct regular safety inspections/assessments on-site and at key
off-site subcontractor locations in accordance with established
project and site safety plans or as requested by site team members.
• Identify and work to eliminate hazards, unsafe conditions, and

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• College level education or equivalent.
• 5-7 years in Construction Safety-related positions (Prefer previous
experience with Oil & Gas company).
• Good computer skills including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel,
Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.

10. MATERIAL COORDINATOR (CP-10)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:

Responsible for ensuring that all materials management needs of the
project are identified and addressed to meet project objectives and
schedule. This person is the Single Point of Contact within the
Project Team for integrated logistics support of Contractors
Construction organization. The activities that support this function
are as follows:

1. Freight Forwarding
2. Customs Clearance
3. Site Infrastructure/Logistics in Host Country
4. Materials Management

• FREIGHT FORWARDING:
1. Identify and monitor Contractors Freight Forwarding Requirements.
2. Identify and optimize cargo routings.
3. Validate freight forwarding agreement invoices against goods received.
4. Monitor Key Performance Indicators for freight forwarding service providers.
5. Review and approve EPC Logistics Plans.

• CUSTOMS CLEARANCE:
1. Monitor Contractors Customs Clearance processes and provide updates
to Project Management.

• SITE INFRASTRUCTURE/LOGISTICS IN HOST COUNTRY:
1. Review Contractors Logistics Strategy.
2. Receiving, warehousing and issuance of material.
3. Sequencing of Spare Parts - Commissioning and 2 year Operating.
4. Work jointly with Construction to oversee material transport in and
out of laydown areas.

• MATERIALS MANAGEMENT:
1. Review Contractors Material Contracting Strategy.
2. Monitor Contractor s procurement of project material and expedite
when necessary.
3. Communicate project specifications for equipment and material
preservation, packing and handling.
4. Manage material tracking “in transit” through receipt at job site.
5. Coordinate and monitor multiple EPC shipping requirements.
6. Confirm ship dates and cargo readiness dates.
7. Long Lead Equipment and Spare Parts Transportation.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:

• 5 years of Material Coordinating experience.
• Ability to oversee and monitor EPC Contractor logistics activities
including track/monitor key equipment and material movements.
• Strong organizational skills and knowledge of materials involved in
pipeline construction.
• Good English and teamwork skills.
• BA/BS Preferred.

11. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (CP-11)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Perform records management and document control functions for
contractor documents, equipment suppliers and site documents.
• Receive, log, track, and distribute documents from EPC Contractor s
document control.
• Identifying, categorizing, and processing document types in
accordance with project procedures.
• Using excel worksheets for logging, tracking transmittals from
contractor to EMDC, equipment suppliers, Contractor to Cepu project,
and all outgoing transmittals.
• Using excel worksheets for logging, tracking transmittals from
contractor to Cepu Project, equipment suppliers, Contractor to Cepu
project, and all outgoing transmittals.
• Filing originals in accordance with proper file code assignment and
maintaining files.
• Transferring electronic files to Cepu LAN folders for Cepu project
team accessibility.
• Making requested copies and distribution for outgoing and internal
transmittals.
• Obtain “received signature” transmittal from contractor document
control for documentation distributed to them and file original.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• High School Graduate.
• Minimum 2 years working experience.
• Significant knowledge in control of hard and electronic document
control and information management system.
• Sound written and verbal communication skills with the ability to
communicate at all organizational levels.
• Successful track record in similar roles on very large international projects.
• Experience in implementing information management systems organization.
• Computer literacy and development skills.

12. SITE ADMIN (CP-12)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:

Safety:
• Conduct Safety Induction for visitors.
• Participate in the office safety program; basic first aid responder.
• Ensure work is conducted in a safe and efficient manner and that a
high level of safety awareness exists in the office environment.

Controls:
• Performs and records inventory management of office supplies, safety
award purchases.
• Maintains office records/files per Management Protection of
Information guidelines.
• Prepares expense statements.
• Reviews/check and maintains records of staff contractor time sheets
and expense reports.
• Maintains and monitors group vacation records.

Execution:
• Perform administration work for manager and site team.
• Maintain MPI protocol when administering sensitive information.
• Coordinates the overall administrative activities in providing
efficient and effective office support services for the execution
team.
• Support development of management presentations for internal and
external audiences.
• Draft routine memos and reports.
• Administers all inbound / outbound mail, filing system, phone receptions.
• Provides secretarial functions relating to invoices, personnel work
orders, immigration, expense reporting.
• Serve as a liaison with Human Resources (HR) to organize
newcomers/visitors work permits/visas.
• Report payroll to HR (EM employees only) & maintain vacation records.
• Post Time-writing job numbers, monitor entries, ensure group members
enter data, provide assistance as needed.
• Provide organization, planning, and administration of teambuilding
and special work team arrangements; update team members list.
• Arrange travel, accommodation arrangements for VIPs and visitors.
• Coordinate with other secretaries regarding reports, appointments, etc.
• Carry out administration tasks, such as:
› Assist with meeting arrangements.
› Make travel bookings, conference arrangements, and events arrangements.
› Prepare letters, memos, presentations, faxes.
› Perform clerical and general office duties, word processing, record
and files maintenance, mail distribution, and telephone reception.
› Copying, distribution, and shipping.
› Prepare and submit expense accounts.
› Process and maintain files for calling card, wireless, and pager orders.
› Prepare and submit business card/stationary orders for group members.

Systems:
Travel Tracking: Records personnel travel movement/booking via PTS.
Vacation and Out of Office Tracking: Records and maintains execution
team records.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:

COMPETENCIES

1. Computing: Strong user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Microsoft access, Visio, Time-writing, EXTRA, and SHARP timekeeping
system & Good computing skills.
2. Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills required. Ability to
interface with internal and external parties. Team player capable of
working with multi-national staff, 3rd Party Contractors and all
levels of EMOI and MCL management.
3. Office Management: Good organizational skills, filing, document
tracking, travel management.
4. Communication: Excellent English communication skills.
5. Extensive knowledge of e-mail system.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 5-years working for a large company in office administration, hotel
or airlines.
• SAP experience desirable.

MANDATORY GUIDELINES/DOCUMENTATION
• Familiar with Business Travel Guidelines.
• Familiar with account code / DOAG Guidelines.
• Familiar with P&GMs.
• Familiar with Company MPI Guidelines.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Required to work independently with little supervision. Able to
communicate in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Must be willing to live and work in a remote site environment.

13. CONTRACT SPECIALIST (CP-13)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Gain alignment with the Project Team on project contract
administration needs, objectives and requirement
- Develop a Contract Administration Plan.
- Lead internal kick-off meeting with Company personnel to review:
contract terms and conditions, the change order process, and claims
avoidance.
- Coordinate external kick-off meeting with company and contractor
personnel to review the coordination procedures, contract
deliverables, change order process and business practices.
• Ensure Contractor s contract administration and subcontracting
procedures and processes meet contract requirements and are in line
with PTK-007
- Review/ comment on procurement procedures/ processes deliverables to
assure compliances with company s requirement, and
- Review Contractor s compliance with Company s prevention of
information brokering and compliance with business standard
guidelines.
• Develop and execute administrative processes that advance the
project s procedures, goals and objectives.
- Monitor the approval process and verify compliance with invoicing
and payment process.
- Coordinate the Change Control Process, including : Amendments,
Change Orders and other changes.
- Timely and carefully monitoring of compliances with Liquidated
Damages contract terms.
- Coordinate the resolution of Contractor claims.
- Coordinate the issue of any notice or suspension, cancellation, and/
or termination in line with contract terms.
- Coordinate the preparation and issue of Milestone Completion Notice,
Turnover Notices and the Acceptance Notice in accordance with the
contract and approval process/ procedures.
- Develop and administer any Performance Incentive Plan.
• Communicate with Project Team on project contract administration &
sub contracting activities, progress and issues,
- Maintain close liaison with appropriate members of Project Team
(Engineering, Subcontracting, Construction QA, SHE) during execution.
- Advice PMT of contract administration and subcontracting issues and
steps being taken to mitigate consequences.
- Participate in Project Team weekly/ monthly meeting with Contractor.
- Capture and communicate contract administration and subcontracting
lessons learned for the project.
• Maintain communication with Contracts Administration manager and
contribute to functional excellence
- Stay abreast of update to internal procedures and PTK-007
- Participate in functional sponsored/ required training, matrix
meeting, and other Procurement events.
- Coordinate Contract Administration Activities Reviews with and
submit CA activity reports to Contracts Administration Manager.
- Mentor junior Contract Administrators, as required.
• Manage the Contract Close-Out Activity
- Establish a close out agreement with Contractor (settlement of any
outstanding items).
- Verify and agree on final invoice, including release of retention, if any.
- List and agree on contract s surviving claims.
- Resolve all contracting-related claims.
- Ensure orderly turnover of project (with regards to contracting) to
the operating organization.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:

• 5 years of Procurement experiences.
• Intermediate to Expert Contracting Skills.
• Experience in Construction, Maintenance, Drilling or Production
Service Contracting.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• BAIBS Preferred.
• Upstream experience would be very beneficial but not required.

14. REGULATORY & PERMIT SITE SUPPORT (CP-14)

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES

• Represents the project as a member of the Export System Project Team.
• Stewards the Export System regulatory process - liaise, coordinate,
prepare, and submit the applications and documents to obtain the
required permits
o Liaise with Central, Provincial and Regency government regulators to
obtain the necessary permits for smooth construction of the export
system.
o Liaise / Coordinate Contractor regulatory staff and other groups as
required to develop the application and obtain the required permits.
o Monitor and ensure Contractor obtains permits required for execution
of the contract work (e.g. Contractors camp building permits,
DEPNAKER).
o Develop Company regulatory database (REGFRAME) for monitoring of
regulatory compliance and develop / provide such as a handover
document to operations.
• Interface with the other functional groups on regulations/permits
regarding safety and security and Support other functional groups
(e.g. Environmental, Public and Government Affairs, and Land) in
communication with regulators to satisfy Legal requirements.
• Identify potential execution issues related to Company and / or
Contractor s permitting activities and develop mitigation plans as
required.
• Obtain Functional guidance on and input to Company Lessons Learn and
Best Practices.
