Now looking potential and professional to fill the following position:

SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER

Objective:

To supply the product at the right time, right quantities, with the
most efficient way possible.

Duty & Responsibility:

Planning: to have regular contact with supplier & logistics
provider for shipment arrangement.
Purchasing/ buying: to have negotiation, buying, rate analysis,
and to arrange shipment schedule and cargo project plan shipment with
supplier.
Execution: to arrange the shipment from supplier to delivery location.
Reporting: to have summary report for all Supply chain activity on
weekly and monthly, to have executive report to board if necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree (S1).
At least 2 (two) years working experience in supply chain,
purchasing, freight forwarder.
Good knowledge in incoterm and shipping term.
Proficiency in the use MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Has a thorough and broad knowledge of Supply Chain Management,
Indonesian Government Regulations in procurement process, Taxes,
Insurances, Contract law and Principles.
Certified in Supply Chain Management is will be advantage.
Good analytical thinking and committed to learn.
Good self-motivation, discipline, hard worker and able to work as
a team and smart.
Good command of English language both orally and in writing.
