We need a mature and experienced head of purchasing and cost
estimation person, who have a pleasant and strong ability in
communication and negotiation with the local and overseas supplier, a
person of high energy in delivering accurate and effective result.

HEAD OF PURCHASING & COST ESTIMATION

The Role:

Setting up price list & project price calculation
Manage purchasing process from negotiation to delivery /importation
Communicate & negotiate for the best cost/values from suppliers,
courier/shipping companies, maintain and develop database of supplier
Carry out cost saving and process improvement initiatives to
reduce cost, to get the best delivery lead time
Coordinate shipping with supplier and forwarder/shipping line
Manage inventory & warehouse
Provide managers with competitive intelligence regarding products,
pricing and the competitors

The Skills & Requirement :

University graduated from engineering major (mechanical / civil /
electrical engineering / architecture)
Maximum of 35 years old
Have working experience min 2 years in estimating project budget
from start until completion of the project (man-hours, material and
equipment) in civil/architecture or interior scope
Good verbal & written English is essential
Good computer skill (MS Office)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
