Administration Department (AD) : Departemen Administrasi Key responsibilities : Financial, procurement, staff managerial. 2. Operation Department (OD) : Departemen operasional Key responsibilities : Project Cycle Management (plan, implement, MONEV), Organizing community, Research. 3. Sponsorship Service Department (SSD) : Departemen Sponsor Anak Key responsibilities : Maintain children sponsorship, child case management & Counselling. 4. Fundraising (FD) Key responsibilities : Gather fund through individual sponsorship, company & institution, public relation.
