Job Title: Head of Strategy, Forecast & Planning
Location: Johor, Malaysia
Our client is a leading Oil & Gas construction and marine engineering
company in Malaysia. Currently they are seeking Head of Strategy,
Forecast & Planning for Procurement Division.
Reporting to General Manager, Procurement, you will initiate, develop
and manage the implementation of annual Procurement strategies, plan,
budget and initiatives to be cascaded to all procurement departments
to ensure materials and services procured are at price agreement,
right specifications and timely delivery to the yard by vendors,
review procurement division monthly, quarterly and yearly activities
and initiatives against plan and budget and submit variance and
performance dashboard reports for management information. In addition,
you will be the custodian and the focal point for the Procurement
division’s Quality Management System and ensure all procurement
activities comply to the QMS.
To be successful in this position, you shall possess at least
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent with minimum
10 years of relevant experience across function in planning,
procurement for heavy engineering in the oil and gas industry.
