PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Roles:

Procurement Governance

* Set up company-wide procurement strategy in line with overall
business strategy
* Set up company-wide procurement guidelines (policies, procedures)
* Streamline and identify improvements in overall procurement
processes and its supporting systems
* Enforce procurement guidelines
* Lead all vendor selection process
* Set up performance measurements related to procurement
activities (cost, compliance, quality)

Procurement Management

* Plan, organize, control and evaluate all the procurement
activities company wide
* Support related team in operations in vendor selection process
and monitoring performance (transportation provider, infrastructure
vendor, etc)

Procurement Organization

* Beef up central procurement organization and ensure professional
and competent team members to support overall procurement activities
* Procurement Performance Monitoring
* Set up procurement monitoring
* Evaluate, monitor and drive continuous improvement in procurement KPI
* Procurement Initiatives/Project
* Identify, lead procurement project/initiatives

Skill Sets / Competencies:

* Hands-on experience in setting up procurement guidelines,
procurement team and implementing the initiatives
* Solid experience in leading procurement team
* Hands-on and significant results in setting up and driving
procurement KPIs
* Awareness of Quality Control
* Insights into pharmaceutical distribution business
* Hands-on experience with SAP is desirable
