* Role synopsis
o The Gas Supply Team Leader is accountable for safe and

Facility (ORF) facilities. This includes during initial start-up,
normal start-up and shutdown, normal operation, abnormal operation,

* Key accountabilities

delivers daily Process Safety & Personal Safety, Control of Work
(including SIMOPS), Regulatory Compliance to maintain License to
Operate, and Integrity of Gas Supply Facilities
o Prepare and issue a daily program as instructions for the
Shift Supervisors to ensure continuity of the operation outside of
normal working hour
o Maintain good coordination and communication with all
sections of the Operation department by daily discussions of plant
operational issues with other team leaders
o Submit and approve work order requests to verify priority
is correct, there is no duplication, and that work requests have been
created for all needed repairs

DISTRIBUTION PROJECT MANAGER - Logistic

The Job:
The incumbent will report directly to the Procurement & Logistics
Director, and be responsible mainly to plan, execute and close
projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes
coordinating internal & external resources. The Project manager will
also define project’s objectives and oversee quality control
throughout the life of the project.

Detail Responsibilities:

* Direct & manage project development from beginning to end.
* Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration
with senior managers.
* Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications
documents. Effectively communicate expectations to team members in a
timely fashion.
* Estimate project resources needed to achieve projects and draft
budget requests
* Set & continually manage projects, delegate tasks to appropriate
project team members and identify and resolve issues.
* Track project milestones and deliverables
* Monitor and report progress and prepare update presentations.
* Build, develop and grow business relationships necessary to
assure success of overseen projects
* Conduct project post mortems and develop recommendations in
order to identify successful project elements.
* Support design and documentation of best practice within
distribution and logistics.

The General requirement:

* Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Supply Chain
Management or relevant discipline from reputable University
* Having minimum 10 years of experience in distribution, logistic
or supply chain management in which 3 years holding similar function,
preferably in the food industry of multinational company within the
CPG sector .
* Clear understanding of critical business processes and capable
to provide guidance on how the company should prepare complex cross
functional projects.
* Good Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving
* Good communication skills. Competent in English.
* Strong analytical skills & meticulous with strong business
acumen and commercial focus
* Possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and
competent in English
* Experience and knowledge in SAP is an advantage
* Good working knowledge of Access & Excel.

This is a senior managerial position and an attractive remuneration
package would be provided commensurate with the qualification and
experiences of the selected candidates.
