Elog Indonesia is seeking applicants for Field Service Manager for theirJakarta location:·
Youare a graduate/post graduate inEngineering/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Computers/ Communication
· You have min 10years experience in mudlogging industry including at least 5 years of fieldwork
· Excellent knowledgeof mudlogging systems, practices and products.
* Thorough knowledge of all mudlogging equipment, software systems andprocedures
* A good understanding of quality management systems· Proficiencyin speaking, reading and writing English Language A MUST·
Provenleadership, communication skill· Stronginitiative and self-motivation

You will be handling keyresponsibilities:
· Under general supervision, will look be responsible for all technicalco-ordination, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of mudloggingunit and equipment at site and at base/workshop
· Utilize knowledge of company products and services in conjunction withexperience in mudlogging technology to optimize service quality.
· Comply with health, safety and environmental regulations in all aspectsof job performance· Based on the results of routine and break down maintenance, will providetechnical guidance required to achieve maximum performance in acost-effectivemanner
· Ensure that an adequate inventoryof equipment are available at the rig site, based on the drilling programandanticipated conditions
· Track material usage and maintain record of same for inventory andbilling purposes
· Maintains good working relationship with companygeologist/represent ative and rig personnel
· Implementing newadvanced technology and working with coordinators and field personnel toensuresmooth operations
· Coordinating withcoordinators and management for training personnel
· Working with CountryQA/QC manager implementing policies and procedures
· Liaison with R&M.workshop and engineering
· Direct and assist inthe recruitment of new field, support and operations staff
· Ensure the correcttraining and competency assurance is provided for all mudlogging engineers
