We are currently taking applicants for the following Jakarta based
positions:

1. CONTRACT SPECIALIST / LEGAL COUNSEL

Education: Bachelor Degree (S1) from Law.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of three (3) years experience practicing in the areas of
commercial law and contract drafting.
2. Ability to provide practical legal advice to senior management,
tender and project teams.
3. Ability to advise on and participate in contract negotiations and
administration, claims handling and dispute resolution process.
4. Ability to offer commercially oriented solutions and negotiate
towards successful outcomes.
5. Ability to review and draft agreements such as Construction
Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding,
Settlement and Release Agreements and Confidentiality Agreements.
6. Liaising and managing external legal service providers.

Other requirements:

· An advanced knowledge of the engineering, construction and
mining law will be highly regarded.
· Demonstrate a high degree of common sense, initiative and
in-depth expertise in general commercial matters.
· Fluency in English both oral and written is essential.

2. SENIOR PROJECT PLANNER / SCHEDULER

Education: Bachelor Degree (S1) from Engineering discipline.

Experience:

1. Having 5 (five) years working experience in related fields.
2. Proven experienced as a Planning Engineer.
3. Fluent English - both oral & written.
4. Computer literate.
5. Willing to work extended hours to meet project requirements.
6. Team player & good communication skills.

Role responsibilities:

• Responsible to develop and establish Project Schedule strategy
• Responsible to develop WBS in conjunction with Project Engineers,
Project Controls Officer and Construction/ Mining Superintendents
• Responsible to maintain Contractual Schedule, identifying
construction and commissioning milestones, critical Path activities
in order to advise and allow the Project Manager to meet all
contractual obligations
• Responsible to ensure the development and maintenance of
measurement of project progress and perform earned value as measures
as needed, including weighted S-curves
• Responsible to produce detailed short term construction programmes
• Responsible to identify opportunities within the Project schedule
to increase project returns
• Responsible to assist Lead Designers with design scenario
developments and to assist Construction Engineers with construction
scenario developments
• Assist Project Controls Superintendent to develop budget forecasts

- Share some knowledge skill between each other in the group
- Working together with Corporate Trainer to provide a proper
training of each Custom Developed Business Application and Ad-Hoc
Training required by users

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Computer Science / Information
Technology
2. Having 2 (two) years working experience in related fields.
3. Good command in English both oral and written
4. Excellent phone manners
5. Experience in Call Centers - Computer Support/Service desk on
answering phones
6. Experience and Good knowledge of Networking and Operating System
(Windows XP and Vista)
7. General basic knowledge on applications on Windows
8. Preferably female
9. Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) an
advantage

4. HSE Officer

Specific requirements:
1. Recognized Safety /engineering qualifications.
2. Minimum 2 years industrial experience in a combination of mining
and construction industries in the similar role.
3. Have a good knowledge in safety, Quality and Health
procedures/systems.
4. Familiar with Engineering, Construction and Mining Operations.
5. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa
and English.
6.. Good Computer literate (MS Word, Office & Power Point).

General Requirements:
1) Self motivated and ability to prioritize work
2) Persistent, focus & result oriented.
3) Efficient, honest, has analytical skills, attention to detail and
quality.
4) Good team working capability.
5) Willing to work at remote jobsites.
