Reports to Production Manager, the candidate is responsible to:

Guide and train the CCR operators to operate the plant as per process requirement and as per Lafarge standard.Making the decision during any trouble-shooting operation and sharing his experience to the new operators and other operation personal like engineer shift operation etc.
Operate the plant at the optimum output and defined quality norms.To work closely with laboratory and maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the plant at all times, and to jointly solve problems as they arise.
Set the job objective, effective ways to work and performance standard for respective organization.
Managing reporting system based on the needs of the respective department (including preparing, checking, and approving the reporting work – based on the function of this position).
Ensure a safe working condition in the respective working location to support the company's safety policy.
Ensure the use of safety equipment by self and other employees while working.

General Requirements:
Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Having 5 to 10 years working experiences in a cement manufacturing or similar industries.
Good knowledge of cement manufacturing processes, specialized in burning processes.
Good knowledge of production management & planning.
Knowledge of product quality parameters and of quality control tests.
Knowledge of general mechanical/electric al engineering and industrial automation.
Knowledge of safety rules and regulations.
Computer literate for Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
