GM of CONSTRUCTION PROJECT


Responsibility:

Responsible for realization of store concept design to new stores /
renovation.
Manage and coordinate with external consultant/ contractor/
department/ agencies/ divisions (Store Operation, Store Development,
etc.) for all civil & ME projects.
Monitoring contractor's time schedule in order to make sure that the
deadline, budget, & standards of quality are met.
Maintain good coordination with Store Concept division, developer,
and other external parties.
Qualifications:

Male/female, max 45 years old, open for Expatriates.
Min Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical
Engineering/ Architecture/ Interior Design from Reputable University.
Minimum 10 years' experiences at similar position including at least
5 years in senior managerial level.
Resourceful, driven, having excellent strategic ability & strong
leadership.
Experience working in/across other geographies (ie. Australia, North
America, Europe, etc.) to leverage key relationships, processes and
best practices.
