Field Monitor

Cardno Emerging Markets is the Managing Contractor for the AusAID-funded Australia's Education Partnership (EP) with Indonesia - School Systems and Quality (SSQ) project. Based in Jakarta, SSQ will provide technical assistance to the Government of Indonesia (GoI) to support school-based management of Australian-funded school, and to enhance national and sub-national government management of schools funded by both Australia and Indonesia. The Junior Secondary School Construction Component (Component 1) of the SSQ project works closely with the Ministry of Education and Culture (MoEC) Directorate Junior Secondary Education, and has a focus on monitoring of the community-based school construction. The project is seeking qualified personnel to fill vacant position. *Field Monitor (FM)* – based outside Jakarta at the district level spread throughout Indonesia with frequent travel to surrounding districts, will be responsible for monitoring the school construction implemented under the EP between the Government of Australia and the GoI. The position will liaise closely with the School Construction Committee (SCC) and Construction Management Consultant (CMC) and provide support to the District Education Office (DEO).
