Position: Administration Manager

Bali Children Foundation provides an educational pathway for disadvantaged Balinese children. Our work currently impacts on the education opportunities for more than 600 Balinese children. We deliver via scholarships and direct teaching of English and computer studies. 
We require a skilled administrator.
The administrator reports to our CEO.

Duties : 
* daily administration, paying bills, project management to align to meet agreed deadlines, correspondences
* ensuring strategic priorities
* liaise with our regional team in coordinating and supporting their field work in village community education programs and orphanages. As well as our team in Australia.
* management of sponsorship programs, invoicing sponsors for their support payments, sending receipts. 
* collection and confirmation of accounting data including receipts, basic financial reporting, petty cash management
* sourcing, contractors, and services in line with project requirements, which include improvements to schools and orphanages. Maintaining donor records, works quotations, monitoring schedules and reporting results to BCF Board. 

Applicant must have :
*Bachelor degree in accounting/management/administration/social studies
* considerable administration experiences
* self motivated 
* well organized 
*ability to work independently
*fluent in English and Indonesian both written and oral.
*willingness to do field trip whenever required.
*details oriented
