OPAC Barata, a consultant company in oil and gas industry is
established since 1999. Our Long Term Aim is to create and give value.
Both tangible and in the hearts and minds of the people who work here
and deal with us. Currently we have some projects with some
International Oil Company and require, contract personnel for
positions below:

PRESSURE VESSEL SUPERINTENDENT

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for coordinating QA/QC supervision at pressure vessel
construction sites
 and inspection at vendor premises and shall be
performing in compliance by Project Technical Specification and
Project Quality objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

• Engineering degree from recognize university.
• Graduated from welding engineering school or certified senior
welding inspector (minimum Level II) from a recognized institution.
(PCN level III recommended (or COFREND equivalent), CSWIP level IN
accepted and ASNT level III only accepted for Structural/Piping job).
In house certifications are not accepted.
• 10 years of relevant international assignment experience in Oil and
Gas sector
 for engineering in the discipline.
• NDT UT/RT experiences and theory knowledge in pressure vessel construction,
• Recognized level of expertise in Safety, contractor management with
specific knowledge of welding engineering
• Good communication skill
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Proficient with Oil and Gas International Codes and Standards for
the discipline.

VALVES SUPERINTENDENT

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for managing and ensure that QA/QC supervisons, all
inspections and other QA/QC matters related to valves at fabrication
yard, vendor premises and shall be performing in compliance by Project
Technical Spesification, Company and Project Quality objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE<

• Experience in metal working, particularly in valves assembly work.
• Technical degree from a recognized university in the discipline.
• PCN level II recommended (or COFREND equivalent) CSWIP level II
accepted and ANST level II only accepted for structural/Piping job.
• 6 years of relevant experience in oil and gas sector (continuous
activity required in this discipline)
• Recognized level of expertise in Safety, contractor management with
specific knowledge of welding engineering, valve and leak test.
• Good communication skill.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Proficient with computer.

FONDRY SUPERINTENDENT

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for managing and ensure that the QA/QC supervisions, ail
inspections and other QA/QC matters related to valves at fabrication
yard, vendor premises and shall be performing in compliance by Project
Technical Specification, Total E&P Indonesie and Project Quality
objectives.

ACTIVITIES

• Reviewing and validating the ITP. the sub-vendor list,
• Implementing the Inspection and Test Plans,
• Ensuring that all personnel assigned to verification activities are
suitably trained and/or certified for their assigned tasks and are
independent of the work being performed,
• Reviewing and validating the material certificates.
• Following-up the melting process and controlling the main
parameters, marking of the different cast samples required for the
destructive tests,
• Reporting on inspection activities and signing off ITP^s) or
inspection records,
• Reviewing, witnessing and verifying acceptance testing and recording data,

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

• Experience in metal casting, particularly for valves casting work
• Technical degree from a recognized University In the discipline
• PCN level II recommended (or COFREND equivalent), CSWIP level II
accepted and ASNT level II only accepted for Structural/Piping job
• 6 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas sector (continuous
activity required in this discipline). Recognized level of expertise
in Safety, contractor management with specific knowledge of metallurgy
and foundry.
• Good communication skill, fluent in English, written and spoken,
• Proficient with computer tools/applications

NDT SUPERVISOR

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for review and acceptance of the Non Destructive Testing
according to the requirement from codes, standards and COMPANY
specifications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

• Technical degree from a recognized University in the discipline.
• PCN level II recommended (or COFREND equivalent), CSWIP level II
accepted and ASNT level II only accepted for Structural/Piping job,
• 6 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas sector (continuous
activity required in this discipline),
• Recognized level of expertise in Safety, contractor management with
specific knowledge of welding engineering
• Good communication skill.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken,
• Proficient with computer tools/applications.

DRILLING SUPERVISOR

ACTIVITIES

• Manages the daily drilling activities at the rig site to ensure a
safe and performance focused operation.
• Observes operations, evaluate operations and make operational improvements.
• Responsible for performance in every operational task
• Responsible for Drilling Contractor and Service Companies’
performance, safety, health, and environmental behavior.
• Ensures that all operations are carried out according to BMIC
Guidelines & policies, approved Drilling Programs and governmental
regulatory requirements. Authorize modifications within the scope of
the Programs.
• Responsible for well control.
• Reports
 and discuss deviations from Drilling Program, HSE issues and
problems related to
• operations, personnel, equipment, and logistics to Field Drilling
Superintendent (FDS)
• Prepares an accurate morning report correctly describing in words
the operation including problems experienced over the past 24 hours
that is easily understood by the reader.
• Ensures that work performed by Service Companies is correct on the
ticket before

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

High school or higher level education and more than 15 years of oil
field experience
 in a supervisory capacity; or an equivalent
combination of education and/or relevant experience. Drilling High
Pressure and High Temperature (HPHT) well.

MATERIAL SUPERVISOR

JOB PURPOSE

Acceptance of the manufactured product according to the requirement
from codes, CPY specifications and standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

• Degree from a recognized University in the discipline and equivalent
to welding inspector level I certification.
• 6 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas sector or similar.
• Professional English, reading and spoken
• Proficient with computer tools/applications.

SENIOR ENGINEER PROCESS & SAFETY

JOB PURPOSE

Providing senior engineering expertise and assistance to the Project,
Basic Engineering or Pre-project he is assigned to ensuring that the
design is performed in compliance with the Company applicable
referential and with the safety standards of the Group.

ACTIVITES.

• Assist PJC management team to ensure that the PJC division safety
objectives and requirements are met.
• Ensure that DGEP referential, for Process and for Safety
Engineering
, is enforced throughout Project phases he is assigned to.
• Review and comment in due time engineering documents and drawings
from the Contractors and Vendors of the
• Contracts he is assigned to, during all the phases of the Work.
• Provide senior expertise and assistance to the Project teams for any
technical/engineering issues related to his discipline: meetings with
Contractors, follow-up of technical issues…
• Perform Pre-project studies and prepare the required Pre-project
deliverables (process report, input to SOR…)
• Issue recommendations to Lead Discipline Engineer for Contractor s
and Vendor s technical queries and deviations in compliance with the
referential.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

• Engineering degree from a recognized University in the discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas sector for
engineering in the Process discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of Pre-project / pre FEED activity for Process discipline
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Proficient with Oil and Gas International Codes and Standards and
softwares for the discipline
• Previous experiences in Flow Assurance studies
