Savica Consultancy

Savica Consultancy is Indonesia’s first public health and communication consultancy, since 2011. We offer technical expertise on program design and management, as well as research, monitoring, and evaluation. Savica is built on a foundation of passion and the aspiration to improve local and regional public health outcomes. Due to rapidly expanding business, we are currently looking for the following new members:


JAKARTA OFFICE
1.       Communication Consultants (Freelance/Part-time/Project based)
Depending on available projects, the Communication Consultants shall provide technical assistance to clients. This can take the form of technical input during meetings, doing assessments, designing BCC strategies, proposal development etc.

Experience
-          Minimum 5 years experience in behaviour change communication, media development, or other related communication field
-          Proven experience in proposal development
-          Proven experience in developing BCC messages and strategies

Skills and Attributes
-          Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
-          Ability to use initiative, prioritize and multi-task
-          Self-motivated, high energy and solution-oriented
-          Excellent communicator, able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
-          Passionate about providing highest quality services
-          Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
-          Ability and willingness to travel to meet client needs

Education
Preferably Master Degree in Communication

2.       Graphic Designer (Freelance)
The Graphic Designer will provide layout and creative artwork for Savica’s publications, promotional materials as well as visual content for Savica’s website. This includes deliverables for clients such as reports, workshop materials etc.

Experience
-          Minimum 5 years experience in graphic design

Skills and Attributes
-          Ability to use initiative, prioritize, multi-task
-          Good understanding of English
-          Self-motivated, high energy, and solution-oriented
-          Excellent communicator, able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
-          Passionate about providing highest quality services
-          Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
-          Ability and willingness to travel to meet client needs

Education
Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design

3.       Administration Officer (Full-Time)
The Administration Officer will provide general support to the Savica team, including administrative, logistics and simple bookkeeping.

Responsibilities
-          Provide general administrative/logistic/bookkeeping support to Savica team
-          Ensure all equipment and tools are ready for use when needed.
-          Make hotel and travel bookings for Savica team and consultants.
-          Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
-          Keep, manage and report petty cash 

Skills and Attribute
-          Self-motivated, high-energy and solution oriented, able to prioritize under pressure and multi-task
-          Hard worker and willing to learn on the job.
-          Excellent eye for detail.
-          Good communicator, able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Experience
Preferably 1 – 2 years of experience in similar position.

Education
Min. High-School (SMA) or Technical School (SMK) Graduates.

Other Requirements
-          Experience in organizations.
-          Fluency in English (written and spoken)




HEADQUARTERS OFFICE (SURABAYA)
1.       Finance Officer (Full-Time or Part-Time)
The Finance Officer shall provide finance and accounting support to Savica and will report directly to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities
1.       Keep invoice data base and prepare invoices to clients on time
2.       Maintain books according to standard bookkeeping procedures
3.       Make monthly financial reports, project financial reports and assist in making annual financial reports
4.       Ensure payroll and other payments are made on time
5.       Provides Cash flow predictions as requested

Experience
Preferably with 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar position but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

-          Ability to prioritize and multi-task under pressure

Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting. Last year students in Finance or Accounting are welcome to apply.

Other Requirements
-          Experience interacting with people with different backgrounds.
-          Fluency in English (written and spoken)


2.       Webmaster/ IT Officer (Freelance)
The Webmaster/IT Officer will be in charge of maintaining Savica’s website and providing helpdesk service for IT issues. This position may be filled by one or two individuals, or a team.

Responsibilities
-          Maintain website content and safety
-          Revisions of the structure of the website as requested
-          Provide helpdesk and maintenance services for IT related problems (software, hardware, network)
-          Work closely with the Savica team on content and design

Experience
Preferably with 4 -5 years of experience in a similar position

Skills and Attributes
-          Ability to use initiative, prioritize, multi-task
-          Self-motivated, high energy, and solution-oriented
-          Excellent communicator, able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
-          Passionate about providing highest quality services
-          Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Education
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Other Requirements
-          Fluency in English
