Cardno


Cardno is implementing the next phase of social protection support from November 2015 through to October 2018, named MAHKOTA Indonesia – Menuju Masyarakat Indonesia Yang Kokoh Sejahtera (Towards a Strong and Prosperous Indonesian Society). It will continue to provide support to help Indonesia better reach and benefit the poorest, as well as address key binding constraints to growth, competitiveness and rising inequality through ongoing labour market and social protection reforms.

As Managing Contractor, Cardno are seeking a number of locally engaged “operational” positions to enable the program to run seamlessly. These positions include:

Finance Manager - will ensure and coordinate overall activities related to Finance Section. The Finance Manager is also responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in line with Admin Manual of the MAKHOTA Program and Cardno Emerging Markets Accounting Policies and Procedures. - http://www.cardno.com/en-au/Careers/Pages/2145561.aspx

Finance Officer - will be responsible for implementing procedures and maintaining records of the Program's finances. The Finance Officer is also responsible for supporting the Finance Manager in line with Admin Manual of the MAKHOTA Program and Cardno Emerging Markets Accounting Policies and Procedures. -http://www.cardno.com/en-au/Careers/Pages/2145600.aspx

Human Resources (HR) Manager - work closely with Cardno Corporate team, TNP2K, the Team Leader, Operations Manager and Finance team to ensure activities relating to HR are in accordance with the MAHKOTA Program requirements. He/she is expected to assist in the development, advice and implement the full range of HR and organisational strategies necessary align with the MAHKOTA Work Plan. IT Manager - will ensure that the program’s ICT services and systems are maintained and kept up to date. He/she will also provide IT support across the program and regional areas, including maintenance of the TNP2K website, ensuring it is interactive and has portal for knowledge development and learning. - http://www.cardno.com/en-au/Careers/Pages/2145638.aspx

Office Manager - will ensure and coordinate overall activities related to office management. These are all locally engaged positions and Indonesian Nationals or those with the right to work in Indonesia are encouraged to apply.
