Position: IT Manager
Duration of engagement: 2 years with possibility of extension
Specification: Locally Engaged Position
Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Position outline: The ICT Officer will ensure that the program’s ICT services and systems are maintained and kept up to date. He/she will also provide IT support across the program and regional areas, including maintenance of the TNP2K website, ensuring it is interactive and has portal for knowledge development and learning.
Roles and responsibilities
Undertake regular day-to-day ICT troubleshooting and maintenance works including, but not limited to the following:
• Software installation and configuration
• Pro-active server security, upkeep and maintenance
• Assistance in the specification of hardware and software procurement
• Back-up of server files and database content
• Setup and configuration of access points and network printers
Gather content and make regular updates to the TNP2K website;
Assist in the development, installation, maintenance, and deployment support systems for the MAHKOTA Program
Assist the other MAHKOTA Program Specialists with their ICT support requirement
Perform all other ICT technical support services
Lead on the office management
Other duties as reasonably requested by the Team Leader
Core competencies
Formal qualifications in Information and Communication Technology, computer science or other related courses
Knowledge in Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS);
Experience in maintenance of website, IT system and networks including server management
Software installation in a multi-platform environment (e.g. Windows, Mac)
Basic hardware and software troubleshooting
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
