Gugah Nurani Indonesia (GNI), a humanitarian, not for profit, community development based on fulfillment of child rights NGO is seeking to fill in the following positions :

 

1.       HRD Officer – Human  Resources Department (HRD)

      Key responsibilities :  Recruitment, Entitlement administration, Training & Counseling, Rules &  

      Regulations.

 

     Duty Station:

     - Jakarta (1 position) 

 

2.       Program Officer  - Sponsorship Service Department (SSD) 

     Key Responsibilities : Maintain children sponsorship, child case management & counselling.

 

     Duty Station :

     - Deli Serdang (1 position)

     - Manggarai Barat, NTT (1 position) 

     

  

3.       Program Officer - Operation Department (OD)

Key responsibilities :  Project Cycle Management (plan, implement, MONEV), Organizing community, Research, income generation.

 

Duty Stations:

-          Yogyakarta (1 position)

-          Sukabumi (1 position)

-           Manggarai Barat, NTT (1 position)

  

 

4.       Program Officer - Administration Department (AD)

Key Responsibilities : Financial, procurement,  and Human Resources

Duty Station :

-         Manggarai Barat, NTT (1 Position)

 

Requirements :

• Male/Female

• Bachelor degree (S1) all major, but preferably :

Position (1): Psychology/Management

Position (2):  Psychology/English Literature

Position (3) : Social sciences (Communication, Social welfare, sociology, anthropology, economy) / Agribusiness

Position (4): Economics/Accounting

 

• Fluency in English both speaking and writing

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skill

• Good team player

• Preferably have experience min. 1 year in NGO activities.

• Fresh graduates with good track in organization are welcome to apply

• Willing to travel around Indonesia
