Duties and Responsibilities 
Under the guidance and supervision from the Project Coordinator, the human recovery Project Associate will have main function as follows:
1. Provide supports to identify  human recovery needs in the most appropriate target areas
•  Review the RENAKSI (Post disaster action plan) and others relevant documents
•  Identify the most relevant issues for human recovery initiatives
•  Develop criteria for selecting most relevant target area(s)
•  In collaboration with MIS Team, identify the most relevant target area(s)
•  Provide inputs for developing the TOR for human recovery initiatives

2. Provide supports for ensuring the selected implementing partners in conducting human recovery activities as part of Government recovery programme
•  Provide supports in the selection process of the Implementing Partners
•  Build and maintain close cooperative relationship with relevant stakeholders and partners including provincial and district government agencies, civil society organizations, academic institutions, development organizations, 
•  Provide technical guidance and advice for the Implementing Partner(s) in conducting human recovery initiatives and ensure the achievement of the agreed outputs
3. Conduct regular monitoring and provide feed backs 
•  Develop monitoring plan
•  Prepare monitoring template and adjusted as required
•  Conduct regular monitoring to the Implementing partners
•  Develop monitoring report and provide inputs for Team Leader to provide feedback for the implementing 

4. Review progress reports and final report from the partners

5. Extract and analyze data  from partner report and provide inputs for project reports 

Required Skills and Experience 
University degree in social science, livelihood, human interest, or relevant field

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for candidate with Bachelor Degree or 7 years relevant experience for candidate with Diploma Degree in providing management advisory services, hands-on experience in 
design, monitoring and evaluation of development projects and establishing inter-relationships among international organization and national governments.

Language Requirements: 
•  Fluency in written and spoken English is an absolute necessity;
•  Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Other Requirements:
•  Demonstrated strong knowledge of UNDP development projects in Indonesia.
•  Solid experience in leading team to support project administration.
•  Strong knowledge and solid experience in project management support are essential as well as ability to draft 
correspondence on budget-related issues, briefing notes, graphic and statistical summaries, accounting spreadsheets, etc
•  Good inter-personal and team building skills.
•  Full time availability for project management support duties is essential.
•  Solid knowledge on with Government and UN/UNDP procedures 
•  Advance computer skills required, knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages
•  Experience in handling of web based management systems would be highly desirable.
