General Requirements:
- Min S1-Degree any discipline, Maximum 30 years Old
- Good English (verbal & written) & Communication skill.
- Willing to travel.
- Experience in Christian/Social ministry dealing with children/youth.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office.
1. Partnership Facilitator (PF)
Specific Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference towards field-related Social Sciences, Christian Ministry or Management.
- A minimum of three years professional or intensive volunteer experience relevant to managing Christian ministry and/or other service activities.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills conducive to utilizing facilitation, collaboration and negotiation and establishing trusting relationships with a wide variety of people.
- Ability to work with only occasional supervision.
- Good leadership, general management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to reflect Compassion's Leadership Principles.
- Customer service orientation.
- Good written communication skills and strong verbal communication skills.
- Committed to working with the broad spectrum of Evangelical denominations and churches.
- Deals with a standard level of internal procedures that operate within the program implementation organization.
2. Child Protection Specialist (CPS)
Specific Requirement
- Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference towards field-related Social Sciences such as Social Work, Psychology, Family Life and Child Development, or Christian Ministry.
- A minimum of three years professional or intensive volunteer experience relevant to working with abused children, communities and ministries, and child protection service agencies.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills. conducive to establishing trusting relationships with a wide variety of people, including children.
- Ability to work with only occasional supervision.
- Good leadership, case management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to reflect Compassion's Leadership Principles.

- Good written communication skills and strong verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with the broad spectrum of Evangelical denominations and churches.
- This position requires domestic travel and time away from home.
3. Assistant Accountant
Specific Requirement
- Two years experience and/or education in bookkeeping/accounting.
- Able to work with others in a team environment.
- Keeps confidential financial and organizational information.
- Good typing and data entry skills. Accuracy and attention to detail, organization skills necessary.
- Comfortable working in an electronic data processing environment.
- Knowledge of personal computers using Microsoft products.
- A working knowledge of tax related government regulations and laws.
- Exposure to safety and disease hazards relevant to the local office.
- Deals with a significant amount of sufficient specialized content related to the internal procedures that operate within the organization
- Considerable range of varying tasks; well-defined work framework captured in procedures
- Problems are complex yet clearly defined requiring analysis and interpretation; use of logical deduction to narrow down multiple causes
- Considerable range of varying tasks; well-defined work framework captured in procedures .
- Problems vary considerably, are complex, and may require evaluation of new or conflicting factors.
4. Training Specialist (TS)
Specific Requirements
- Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating training programs.
- Strong group facilitation skills.
- Ability to facilitate multiple content subject matters through multiple methodologies.
- Able to work collaboratively, cross-culturally, inter-denominationally and cross- organizationally.
5. LDP Specialist (LDPS)
Specific Requirements
- University degree in Education, Leadership Development or Youth Ministry.
- A minimum of three years experiences in education, leadership development or youth ministries.
- Experience in young adult ministry (college-age).
- Ability to develop positive and trusting cross-cultural relationships.
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, public speaking).
- Ability to organize and track large amounts of data.
- Ability to contextualize scholarly material for educational and training purposes.
- Ability to use information technology; knowledge of research applications; experience in the use of the Internet and presentation software.
- Intermediate knowledge of English.
