Responsibilities :
1. Assist in overall legal activities including handling and reviewing
contracts, agreements or other legal documents as well as various
regulations, corporate legal dispute relates to operation, etc
2. Provide legal advisory and interpretation services to the
management, including to review and advice on MOUs, contract and other
legal documents to ensure statutory compliance with existing law and
regulatory requirements
3. Prepare legal opinions and advising the management on general
issues that may arise from time to time
Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or
equivalent.
2. Minimum 2-3 years working experience in the legal field,
preferable at the Mining Company.
3. Proficient in handling legal contract, competent knowledge of
contract law, land law, administrative law, and legal drafting.
4. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
5. Discipline and pay attention to details.
6. Have human relationship skills, highly motivated and integrity,
teamwork and independently
7. Possessing high level of interpersonal and communication skill.
8. Computer literate.
