No Detail Time Scale D/W/M/A 1 FFI Aceh Office transaction to be input into Excel D/W/M 2 Monitoring and informing monthly report  of staff advance request  list W 3 Preparing finance payment voucher D/W/M 4 Reviewing financial reimbursement report of FFI Aceh Office staff D/W/M 5 Preparing transaction payment for FFI Aceh Office staff and partner H/M 6 Preparing payment request  & invoice to FFI Office Jakarta D/W/M 7 Preparing monthly financial forecast W D : Daily, W : Weekly, M : Monthly, A : Annually

Title Specification

Education background : 1. Diploma 3 of Economy (minimum)     2. Fresh graduate is preferred         Skill and knowledge : 1. Ability to operate computer and Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word applications
