ICCO,Interchurch Organisation for Development Co-operation, was founded in 1965 bythe Protestant churches in the Netherlands. ICCO’s mission is working towards aworld without poverty and injustice. From the regional office in Denpasar, in the region South East AsiaICCO works in Indonesia, the Philippines, Burma/Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.

Summary ofProject :
ICCO is implementing a project in Situbondoto promote fish cage farming to provide a year-round source of food andincome for fisherfolks particularly during the four to six months closedseason for marine catch fishing.This intervention likewise addresses theperennial lack of supply  of live reeffish like grouper.This project is under the support from the AustraliaIndonesia Partnership for Decentralization – Rural (AIPD – Rural).


The main tasks will be:
Objective  1 : Estabilish and manage effective  MRM system based on donor requirement.

Activities :
- Develop MRM system in compliance with DCED standard and donor requirement 
- Develop capacity among project team and (if relevant) external stakeholder to play active role in the project’s MRM processes 
- Take lead in preparing all documentation and orientating project team for DCED standard 
- Take charge for carrying out evaluations, impact assessments and preparing case studies on both successful and unsuccessful of the intervention and analyze what happened, what was achieved and what lesson learnt from this experience 
Objective 2 : MRMactivities well planned, resourced and carried out.

Activities :
- Work with project team colleagues to ensure all intervention is designed in compliance with DCED standard. 
- Lead on understanding and put result chain for each intervention on implementation and ensure that measurement plan is in place 
- Develop attribution strategies, baselines and survey design: the data from which will be used for making decision to change intervention, continuation and scale up intervention 
- Responsible for the validation of data arising from the implementation of measurement plans to verify that the result conform to ‘best practice’ 
- Track internal assessment of risk for each intervention

Coordinates with : Business Development Officer andCapacity Building Officer
General                  : Computer and Internet

Qualifications needed:
1.      A minimum of 3 years experience in Monitoringand Result Measurement for development program and business developmentproject. Experience in market development program is desirable
2.      Understanding market development particularlygood knowledge in Making Market Work for the Poor (M4P). 
3.      Familiar with result chain and DCED standardrequired. Experience preparing for and passing a DCED audit is desirable
4.      Proven experience in research and datacollection, including survey design and mix qualitative and quantitativetechniques.
5.      Proven to work effectively in small team and tointeract effectively with diverse range of stakeholder groups
6.      Excellent language skills in English and BahasaIndonesia. Excellent local language and local knowledge are favorable.  
7.      Consistently approaches work with energy andpositive, constructive attitude.
8.      Demonstrates openness to change and ability tomanage complexities.
9.       Master degree in related skills is preferred
