Candidates should have :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) majoring in Economics, Forestry or any relevant studies
- 3 years experience in developing and empowering community
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- More Preferable - having training sertificate : Conflict Resolution, Participatory Rural Appraisal or Planning Participatory
