1. SENIOR ASSOCIATE For CORPORATE Dept.
General Requirements:
- Male/Female, max. 40 years old (Senior Position).
- Excellent academic record from a reputable law school.
- Good and dynamic personality, excellent communication skills, able to work independently or in a team and able to manage, lead and nurture a team.
- Possess an Advocate License from PERADI.
Requirements for Corporate Dept.:
- Minimum 7 years (working experience in corporate related legal works).
- Well versed with various corporate legal assignments, i.e.: legal due diligence, corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, loan arrangements & capital market.
- Excellent command in English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Able to manage, supervise & lead a team.
2.MIDDLE ASSOCIATE for LITIGATION Dept.
General Requirements:
- Male/Female, max 35 years old.
- Excellent academic record from a reputable law school.
- Good personality, excellent communication skills, able to work independently or in a team.
- Possess an Advocate License from PERADI.
Requirements for Litigation Dept.:
- Minimum 5 years experience in litigation work (bankruptcy, arbitration, criminal & civil law).
- Knowledgeable in various litigation assignments (commercial, bankruptcy & criminal) covering multiple levels of courts.
- Experienced in drafting & preparing legal opinions & assisting or accompanying clients during legal proceedings.
- Excellent command in English communication skills (written & verbal)
