Foundation of Indonesian Institute of Energy Economics (IIEE)

The Foundation of Indonesian Institute of Energy Economics (IIEE) was established in 1995 in Jakarta a non-profit, non-government and independent organization.
The primary objective of IIEE is to enhance energy economics studies that motivate national policies for prudent development and utilization of energy resources in Indonesia.

IIEE  is looking for a suitable candidates for the post of :

1. Finance Manager (FM)

Major Roles:
- Provide management and coordination of finance and accounting functions, which include Cash Management, financial and accounting functions, promote stewardship, accountability, reliability and accuracy of financial process
and report.
- Assist in developing, socializing of financial guideline in compliance with Financial Manual.
- Promote excellent internal control environment for the organization and safeguarding of asset.
- Provide and support management advice and assistance in ministry aspects on the financial implication of decision to be made.

Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Min. 4 years of working experience in finance and accounting, with 2 years experience in managerial level
- Strong in accounting, finance, and management, including Tax, and other financial regulations
- Has NGO background and understanding US/EU grant is a big plus
- Able to work with Accounting Software applications and provide analytical reports using the application, preferably Zahir system
- Fluent written and spoken English

2. Accounting Staff  (AS)

Requirements:
-  Min. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
-  Min. 3 years of working experience in finance and accounting
-  Strong in accounting and finance including Tax, and other financial regulations
-  Has NGO background and understanding US/EU grant is a big plus
-  Able to work with Accounting Software applications and provide analytical reports using the application, preferably Zahir system
- Fluent written and spoken English

3.  Secretary  (SEC)

Requirements:

Education, experience and technical skills:
- Diploma in secretarial, administration or other related fields.
- 2 or more years of experience in secretarial duties
- Knowledge of administrative standards and practices.
- Knowledge of finances is an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken English, able to draft letters in official English and conduct business in English through email and other means of correspondence
- Good computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet and other relevant office applications.
- Personal attributes and competencies:
- Competent in personal organisation and priority setting, with the ability to work efficiently under time pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Have initiative, capable of working independently and an effective team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with people in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment
- Experience working with a wide and diverse network of groups and individuals.
