Plan Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Indonesians national to fill two ( 2 )  positions of:
 
Technical and Vocational Education & Training (TVET ) Specialist
(Contractual Base - Jakarta )
 
Ensure that best practices are incorporated into the program design and strategy and monitor program quality throughout the organization.  Provide technical support and advice to Plan staff and build their capacity.  Insure that learning takes place and is applied.

 Requirements:
· Master Degree in area of expertise
· At least five ( 5 ) years of experience in Technical & Vocational & Training 
· At least three( 3 ) years of experience working for or with NGO
· At least three ( 3 ) years of experience working in relevant projects such as Youth Ecomomic Empowerment
· Experienced in inclusive approach programming is a plus
· Having Strategic planning and evaluating skills
· Having Strong analytical skills
· Good command of oral and written communications
· Good facilitation and negotiation skill  andexcellent understanding of sector
· Demonstrated facilitation and training experience
· Good English skill both in oral and written communication
· Good computer skill

 
Program Coordinator
( Based inLembata, East Nusa Tenggara )
 
The fundamental role of the program coordinator is to ensure quality implementation of programs, including the successful integration of programs from grants and sponsorship. The program coordinator must ensure the technical quality of programs (through direct supervision of technical officers) and sponsorship production/communications (through direct supervision of the Team Leader) and
the community outreach officers.   In addition, the Program Coordinator must ensure proper follow up on monitoring and evaluation to guarantee that the correct information is collected, analyzed and shared with the Program Unit Manager and the Country Office. 
 
Requirements:
 
· Bachelor degree in any major
· At least 2 ( two ) years of experience as technical officer in community development
· At least 3 ( three ) years experiences in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation relevant  
  program 
· At least 3 ( three ) years experience managing technical program staff 
· Good understanding of child right and participation
· Experienced in representational roles 
 · Having good facilitation, leadership, managerial and communication skill
· Good English skill both in oral and written communication
· Good computer skill
