Job Description:
Start date: as soon as possible
Duration: 1 year contract (extendable)
Base location: Jakarta Selatan (Cilandak)
Report to: General Manager
Work hours: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday (40 hours a week)
Job Qualifications:
• Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering
• Previous experience in community development
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Commendable initiative, independence, integrity, and reliability
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD/technical drawing program
• Ability to operate GPS tools and electronic mapping skills is preferable
• Strong social ethic and volunteer experience
• Community mobilization skills and experience
• Logical and competent decision-making skills
• Creative thinker and strong communicator
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team
• Flexible schedule and able to travel
• Understanding and sensitivity of social and cultural diversities
• Knowledgeable of Indonesian government logistics is desirable
• Able to be interviewed in Jakarta
