JUNIOR MANAGER PROGRAM(based in Medan)
Inter Pan Pasifik Group, a well known Holding Group in Indonesia now offering a trainee position in "Junior Manager Program". Our Junior Manager Program is designed to groom management potentials who are competent in their area of expertise to become future "company leader". Junior Manager Program is a 6 to 12 months program. Upon completion of the program, trainee will take on an appropriate managerial position within the company which they can apply their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
•At least Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major.
•Experienced in Banking, Insurance or Financial Services at least 1 year.
•Possess high initiative and drive to succeed.
•Good communication with influencing & negotiation skills.
•Love new challenge.
•Strong initiative & motivation.
•Able to build strong & meaningful relationship.
•Able to work in a team as well as independently.
