Plan Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Indonesian national to fill the position of:
 
Maternal Child Health and Nutrition Specialist (1 Year Contractual Base - Jakarta )
 
Responsible for ensuring that best practices are incorporated into the program design and strategy and monitor program quality throughout the organization.  Provide technical support and advice to Plan staff and build their capacity.  Insure that learning takes place and is applied.
 
Requirements:
 
·  Bachelor Degree in Public Health or related field/ Medical Doctor / Master Degree in area of expertise
·  At least five ( 5 ) years of experience in Maternal Child Health and Nutrition
·  At least three( 3 ) years of experience working for or with NGO
·  At least three ( 3 ) years of experience working in relevant projects
·  Experience in related maternal child health and nutrition surveys and assessments. 
·  Experienced in inclusive approach programming is a plus
·  Having Strategic planning and evaluating skills
·  Having Strong analytical skills
·  Good command of oral and written communications
·  Good facilitation and negotiation skill Excellent understanding of sector
·  Demonstrated facilitation and training experience
·  Good English skill both in oral and written communication
·  Good computer skill
