Finance and Officer Manager 
Based in Jakarta, Indonesia

SNV focuses on the agriculture, renewable energy, and water & sanitation sectors.
 
SNV is currently establishing a presence in Indonesia and is seeking the services of an experienced, hands-on finance and office manager that can support the organization. 
 
Responsibilities
·  Ensure control, monitoring and execution of all financial and related activities within the country, including yearly budgeting, administration, planning & control, ICT, procurement and logistics in line with legal and  management requirements  
·  Collect, review and analyze and interpret financial management data 
·  Ensure proper donor budgeting contracting, and reporting 
·  Train & manage the administrative & logistics team over the course of the year 
·  Provide HR support including recruitment, HR administration, performance monitoring and professional development 
·  Provide support for visa applications and all logistic support in the start-up phase
·  Provide management and financial advice to the Country Management Team 
 
Candidate profile
·  University degree in accounting or finance
·  Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in finance and accounting preferably in an International NGO/s
·  Good skills in administration and office management
·  Experience with HR issues 
·  Basic understanding of Indonesian law covering financial regulations, tax and labour law
·  Sound analytical skills and numerical skills
·  Good interpersonal skills, ability to liaise with government officials and donors and work well in team settings 
·  Good leadership skills and a positive hands on attitude
·  Good command of spoken and written English, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia 
·  Computer skills (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Internet and E-mail)
 
Contract Duration: 
A one year contract with the possibility of extension will be offered to the successful candidate through our Vietnam office. 
 
Desired start date:  January 2013
