Position Title: Finance & Administrative Assistant
Based: Jakarta
Type of contract: Fixed term contract – 3 months, with possibility of extension.
Date of hire: 26th  November 2012
Report to: Finance & Administration Officer

KEY TASKS
 - In coordination with PMI and IFRC, management of Visa Application for SRC delegates
- Keep updated inventory list of SRC Office Jakarta
- Support SRC Staff on the travel arrangement such as flight tickets, hotel reservation, and management of logistics issue (workshop preparation,   purchasing, etc.) for SRC delegation.
- Organization and maintenance of documents, coordination of filing system and office management
- Prepare bank and cash payment for authorization
- Introduce financial data into the SRC online accounting system
- All kind of administrative tasks within Support Services Department (photocopying, scanning, packaging, etc.).
- There will be occasions when he/she is asked to carry out additional tasks outside of these duties for variety of reasons due to the nature of humanitarian work in which SRC is engaged.  As a SRC staff, s/he is expected to carry out these additional tasks willingly and responsibly to the best of her/his abilities
- Abide by and work in accordance with the Red Cross/Red Crescent principles with integrity by modelling the RC/RC values and attitudes to promotes the vision, mission, and strategic goals of the RC/RC

QUALIFICATIONS
University degree is required. At least Two-year experience working in administration field. Experience working/volunteering for PMI or the Red Cross/Red Crescent Movement is preferable. Ability to communicate in English (Spoken and written). Excellent use of Microsoft office package.
Highly responsible, reliable, honest and punctual. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
