Wahana Visi Indonesia is a Christian humanitarian organization working to create lasting change in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty. Wahana Visi Indonesia has been working for more than 15 years, employing more than 800 staff  in the programs and serving 1,400 of the poorest villages.

Wahana Visi Indonesia is a local humanitarian organization that implements most of World Vision programs in Indonesia.  World Vision is one of the world’s largest international Christian humanitarian aid organizations. It has been working in Indonesia for more than 50 years and  focusing on programming effort on health, education and economic development across transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs and advocacy ministries.

Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following positions :

1. Christian Commitment Coordinator NTT ( Code: CC-NTT) 

Location : Kupang, NTT

Major Roles : 

To develop and integrate initiatives that nurture the spiritual formation of World Vision, the development of partnerships with churches, Faith Based Organizations (FBOs), and the faithful expression of holistic Christian witness which contribute to the flourishing of children, their families and communities so that they are equipped for sustained transformational development in NTT Region.

Qualifications : 

Bachelor's degree in educational and theological training and biblical understanding; major in counseling, church growth or management and leadership

Min. 5 years proven church / Christian leadership experience

Good networking skill

2. Advocacy Specialist  (Code: ADV-NTT)

Location : Kupang, NTT

Major Roles : 

To provide overall leadership and technical support to WVIDN’s advocacy  as cross-cutting and/or as project, ensuring projects and staff meets performance goals  by increasing accountability and quality in a way that reflects World Vision’s core values, mission and strategic directions. This position also maintain and enhance the role and positioning of World Vision Indonesia in advocating for and responding to child needs in Indonesia as related to WV Indonesia Strategy.

Qualifications : 

Bachelor degree  in Public Policy, International Development, Social Works, Management

Min.  2 year experiences in humanitarian aid or advocacy works  or working in community development/TD works; 

Understanding the Humanitarian industry

Good communication, analytical and interpersonal relationship skills

3. DME Specialist  (Code: DME-NTT)

Location : Kupang, NTT

Major Roles : 

To support WVIndonesia’s strategic mandates to “strengthen our grass roots field capacity and ministry” by supporting Area Development Programs and projects in implementing DME task including good quality monitoring and reporting, that is well-documented meets partnership standards (DME/LEAP) and is used for accountability, improved management decisions, and organizational learning. 

Qualifications : 

Bachelor's Degree, Statistic education background id preferable

Min. 1 years of experience in development program

Minimum 2 years of experienced in Design, Monitoring and Evaluation  (DME) task

Understand, able  and in advance using statistics methods and software

Good communication, analytical and interpersonal relationship skills
