World Vision Indonesia partners with local humanitarian foundation Wahana Visi Indonesia to implement its programs in more than 40 Program Offices across 9 provinces. World Vision has been working in Indonesia for more than 50 years and focusing programming effort on health, education and economic development across transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs and advocacy ministries. We are also part of an active NGO consortium in the areas of advocacy, child protection, health, community empowerment and disaster management.

World Vision Indonesia is currently seeking the following position :

Sponsorship Implementation and Monitoring Officer  

(Code : SIMO)

Location : Sulmal, Papua

Major Roles:

To ensure Area Development Program (ADP) and region/cluster team in a designated region/cluster have the capacity for intentional planning and monitoring of sponsorship operation through ADP’s Learning  through Evaluation with Accountability and Planning (LEAP )cycle and Development Programme Approach (DPA) particularly in the implementation and transition phase; and enhancing the quality of child recruitment, child monitoring including follow up of child death & child sickness cases and Registered Child (RC) inclusion, aligned with Sponsorship Transformation Program and bring about improved Child Well Being and community participation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- Min. 2 years working experience (have experience in NGO with sponsorship programme would be an advantage)

- Fluent in English (Min. TOEFL Score : 500)

- Have experience and knowledge on planning (design and logframe)

- Have experience in facilitating capacity building activities

- Willing to travel frequently at short notice

- Good communication skills
