World Vision - Finance

World Vision is one of the world’s largest international Christian humanitarian aid organizations.

World Vision Indonesia partners with local humanitarian foundation Wahana Visi Indonesia to implement its programs in more than 40 Program Offices across 9 provinces. World Vision has been working in Indonesia for more than 50 years and focusing programming effort on health, education and economic development across transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs and advocacy ministries. We are also part of an active NGO consortium in the areas of advocacy, child protection, health, community empowerment and disaster management.

World Vision Indonesia is currently seeking the following positions :

1. Accounting Supervisor ( Code: ACS) 

Location : Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan

Major Roles : 

Provide management and coordination for Accounting process in national office, using Sun 6 and maintain a very good internal control environment around the process according to Field Finance Manual (FFM)  and in-country accounting procedure and guideline. This position also Supporting Finance Manager in preparation and coordination of year end closing process in making sure all processes are in line with Global finance  guideline and its timeline. 

Qualifications : 

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Management 

Min. 5 year experiences working in accounting, financial management & admin works

Good analytical thinking and communication skills

Understanding the Humanitarian industry

2. Tax and Bank Supervisor (Code: TBS)

Location : Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan

Major Roles : 

To provide planning and coordination for cash planning and management annually, quarterly and monthly. Able to seek doable solution for maintaining cash balance in accordance to partnership solution, work alongside with Global Treasury in managing NDF contracts and able to use best benefit of SWIFT system. This position also provide Tax management and coordination for the whole organization and make sure that tax return report are timely and accurately submitted to tax office and keeping abreast with update tax regulation of the country in order to give best support to organization. 

Qualifications : 

Bachelor degree in accounting

At least 3 years experince in INGO accounting system.

Certified brevet tax A & B.

Good communication in English ( oral & written )

Good analytical thinking and communication skills

Understanding the Humanitarian industry

3. Finance Grant Officer  (Code: FGO)

Location : Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan 

Major Roles : 

Provide overall financial management of projects funded by grant or project non sponsorship  and able to lead and conduct the process from budget preparation prior to submission of grant proposal. This position also provide periodic financial analysis and input to the program implementation and able to design and deliver grant financial reports in accordance to grant specific guideline. 

Qualifications : 

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Management 

Min. 5 year experiences working in accounting, financial management & admin works

Good analytical thinking and communication skills

Understanding the Humanitarian industry

Have a certification in Public Accountant, Financial Analyst or Chartered Accountant  (preferably)
