DescriptionRSPO is a non-profit association that unites stakeholders from seven sectors of the palm oil industry to develop and implement global standards for sustainable palm oil. RSPO is registered in Zurich, in accordance with Article 60 of the Swiss Civil Code and RSPO is governed by Swiss Law. RSPO main objective is to promote growth and use of sustainable palm oil through cooperation within the supply chain and open dialogue with its stakeholders.
Objectivesi. To provide students or new graduates the opportunity to test their interest in palm oil industry before permanent commitments are made. ii. To develop skills in the application of theory to practical work solution.iii. To develop skills and techniques directly applicable to future careers.iv. To develop employment records/references that will enhance employment opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities i. Support the Complaints Coordinator to manage the complaints and Complaints System Revamp on a specific project given. ii. Manage external consultants as necessary. iii. Reviewing documents submitted, arranging meetings and related logistics for Complaints Panel and Complaints Advisory Group.iv. Reporting on events to Complaint Coordinator.  

Job StatementAdmin Support Intern will support the administrative of in managing complaint, this will include reviewing the documents submitted, translating, and documents keeping. The Admin Support will be responsible for a particular project tasked.  With close coordination with Finance and Administration team, Admin Support Intern will manage the administration and logistics for external consultants, Complaints Panel and Complaints Advisory Group as necessary. The Admin Support Intern will develop, manage and distribute the documentations of meetings, workshops, trainings and research. This will include preparation and implementation to such activities.

Main Tasks
Functional Tasks:
1. To undertake a particular project tasked in the efficient functioning of RSPO complaint system, particularly in documentation.2. To provide support to Impacts Team in ensuring that all documentation and materials related to a complaint must be filed in both hard and soft copies at the Secretariat and kept confidential at all times. All information gathering must be transparent, legal and ethical;3. Apart from the duties stated above, Admin Support Intern is required to perform any duty or duties reasonably assigned by the Head of Impacts.General Skills:1. The Position Holder shall be cognizant of the objectives and operations of the RSPO and the RSPO Code of Conduct and Certification requirements.2. Secure independent and impartial information on each issue and the players involved. The information (written, corroborated oral and images) may be obtained directly or through third parties.3. The Position Holder shall not be in any way associated with the parties involved in a complaint under RSPO Complaints System.4. The Position Holder must avoid bias and the appearance of bias in the conduct of his/her work.  5. The Position Holder should have ability to organize multi-stakeholders events.
Job Specification
Education: University Degree in Sociology, Law, Development, Conflict/Dispute Management or any relevant field from reputable university. Working Experience: Minimum 1 years working experience in relevant field
Technical & Professional Knowledge: Fluent in English (written and spoken) Experience in facilitating complex multi-stakeholder processes Familiar with all legal issues and advices Ability to relate to both corporate and local community culture and management realities Ability to deliver on time Competence on planning, organizing and setting priority Willing to learn and a quick learner Team player Show high level of integrity and trust Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong capacity in networking with various stakeholders Good problem solver Self-starter
