1.     Program Officer – FEED Mobile II
The Program officer will be responsible for carrying out the tasks needed for the implementation for the Program under the guidance of the Program Manager.  Duties will include carrying out assessments and survey, micro finance institutions mobilization and engagement, and ensuring transparent information regarding the community, including timely reporting on issues that may impact the Program.  S/he will be FEED Mobile II’s manager right hand, and an indispensable component of the Program’s success, so willingness to learn, motivation, innovation, flexibility and commitment to the community and the Program is a must.  S/he will be responsible for updating his/her weekly and monthly work plans and carry his/her work with a sense of urgency. 
 
The Program Officer will also be responsible for direct program implementation.  Responsibilities include: implementation of detailed implementation plan, liaising with Private Sector partners, SMEs and service providers, local government, coordinating trainings, workshops, and other events; planning and supervising implementation of pilot Programs with technical assistance as appropriate; assisting M&E activities by collecting data.
 
Qualifications:
  • University degree in economic or related fields;
  • 2-3+ years of field-based community development experience, with a focus on economic development and poverty reduction is an advantage;
  • Experience with wide range of partners including government and private sector preferred;

This position will be as temporary staff for 10 months.
 
Jakarta
 
1.     Program Assistant – FEED Mobile II
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Program Assistant will collect, organize and manage all program activities documentation, workshops support, meeting minutes, program updates and administrative tasks of the FEED Mobile II program.
 
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of working experience is advantage and can be as asset but not too necessary;
  • Familiar with Mercy Corps Indonesia SOP would be an advantage;
  • Programmatic / communication skill, document/report writing, able to communicate in English, oral and written;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other computer program is a must;
 
This position will be as temporary staff for 10 months.
 
2.     Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant – ACCCRN
 
The ACCCRN M&E Assistant will be responsible to provides M&E support to ACCCRN M&E Coordinator in providing clear, helpful, and concise evaluation documents that reflects to the need of improvement and quality assurance and control. He/she will also need to support ACCCRN M&E Coordinator in conducting a detail program monitoring to ensure accountability and achieving program objectives. This person in expected to be able to work collaboratively with ACCCRN partners within and outside of Indonesia and Mercy Corps.  
 
Qualifications:
·         BA/S in environment science, urban planning, international development, library science and/or similar field;
·         Some experience in assisting Monitoring and Evaluation of project or program will be an advantage;
·         Familiar with filing system;
·         Fluency in English verbal and written communication is essential;
·         Proficiency with MS Office software required (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
·         Prior NGO or international development experience preferred.
This position will be as temporary staff for 10 months.
