HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

1 position, based in Jakarta

Code : HRC

ROLE PURPOSE:

The role holder will provide appropriate, timely and professional human resources management service to make sure that recruitment process done properly in line with prevailing procedure and provide effective way to recruit employee with right skill in the right time and ensure all the employee working for SC have relevant and valid contractual documents, advise managers on training and employee development issues and assist in HRD plan and performance management implementation as well as to support socialisation of HR policy and local labour regulations.

They will also be responsible for the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems in partnership with centre colleagues.

In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal job description and be able to vary working hours accordingly.
