A National NGO based in Yogyakarta which supports the development of Community Media and the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), as parts of the system and network for developing community information and communication, invites qualified applicants for a Program Manager for DRR Project.
Qualifications :
* 5 years of field-based experiences in managing educational Disaster Risk Reduction and Preparedness initiatives projects.
* Demonstrated experience and skill in community development using different kind of tools, including old and new media
* Experiences working effectively and respectfully with government, NGO and INGO partners.
* Demonstrated skill in project planning and development, staff/partner management, and project finance management.
* Skill in M and E , and developing reports and weekly and monthly plans to meet targets, goals and objectives in a timely manner.
* Competency in English language preferred.
* Monitor the quality of project implementation and to ensure the quality of the project
* Working closely with other Program Managers , reports and under direct supervision of Managing Director
