KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is dependent on subsidies from Government and other sources, as well as private contributions through fundraising. The central office is located in The Hague, The Netherlands.
TB CARE I
The Tuberculosis Coalition for Technical Assistance (TBCTA) carries out the USAID funded TB CARE I project. The objective is to “Decrease morbidity and mortality by increasing case detection and treatment success of pulmonary TB patients in USAID priority countries”. KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is the Prime Partner of TB CARE I.
Responsibilities:
Technical Officer PMDT will be responsible to monitor the implementation of PMDT activities in coordination with the PMDT team in hospital and Dinas Kesehatan. He/She willorganize and conduct coordination meeting with all stakeholders to improve PMDT implementation,organize training on management of drug resistant tuberculosis, andensure the data officer in managing accurate, reliable and timely data of PMDT implementation. Technical Officer PMDT will also providing managerial and technical support to provincial and district PMDT teams to assure effective implementation of the TBCARE work plans in line with RENSTRA Indonesia.
To help you perfectly in performing the role, you should ideally have:
Medical Doctor, preferably with hospital back ground, Experience in TB control/programmed management for at least 4 years.
Good communication skills, Fluent in English
