FHI 360

FHI 360 currently seek Program Officer to be based in North Sulawesi for the PREVENT Project.
 
PREVENT goal is preventing the emergence and spread of zoonotic diseases with focus areas on human exposure to animals, wildlife market system and activities that affect human-wildlife exposure.

Program Officer
Under the direction of Technical Director, is responsible for supervising the day-to-day project activities e.g. formative and evaluative research, market studies, value chain analysis, stakeholder analysis and strategy and implementation plan development for social and behavior change communication interventions. 

* Serve as liaison with the local and national government institutions/ministries, USAID and other project partners. 
* Provide technical inputs in the design of research and development of intervention strategies in all phases. 
* Work with project staff to design and manage behavior change and advocacy activities. 
* Respond to deliverables and goals of the Prevent Project in timely manner. 

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master with more than 5 years’ experience in area of social science research. 
* Familiarity with and experience in managing USAID-funded projects is a plus. 
* Ability to work in a multi-cultural context with national and international partners of varying skills and levels; as well as able to work under tight deadlines. 
* Fluency oral and written communications skills both English and Bahasa Indonesia. 
* Excellent writing, presentation and documentation skills.
