IndonesiaOrganic.com is looking for Full Time Advertising Sales Representatives for the broad supply chain of organic and environment products, businesses, education, events, NGO's and training in Indonesia. Home office is in Ubud, Bali. Bi-lingual staff. 

IndonesiaOrganic.com (CV Dunia dan Gaya) is an initiative of social entrepreneurship (not-for-profit) to help to develop an organic value chain. www.indonesiaorganic.com launched as a catalyst and virtual solution to connect people, businesses (buyers and sellers) and other organizations and to exchange ideas, knowledge and information concerning organic products. The website will be a complete, effective and interactive PORTAL to serve the goals, a unique, ideal instrument and a virtual newspaper to:
1. Connect people involved in organic products 
2. Innovate, improve, and benefit the organic value chain 
3. Contribute to a healthy environment
4. Create a revolving fund for investments in social projects in Indonesia

Responsibilities:
• Obtain advertising and banners in person and by phone
• Find new advertisers independently and with database/leads provided by home office
• Document and report activities, providing proper reports to management concerning campaign performances, recommendations and summaries
• Follow up direct sales leads by phone primarily and in-person for local leads, although this position does not require travel
• Assist clients with data and photograph preparation where needed
• Perform financial calculations necessary for achieving sales targets
• Assist clients by answering their questions
• Generate information of industry developments and new businesses

Requirements:
• Be able to work legally in Indonesia
• Be able to succeed in this position
• Ability to work remotely/virtually
• Have at least 2 years experience in direct sales and/or marketing OR demonstrate potential to be successful
• Be able to write and speak Indonesian very well and sufficient English to communicate in writing, by phone, and in-person meetings
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Be motivated and willing to surpass sales targets
• Be well-presented and professional in your conduct
• Be energetic, cheerful, confident, and take initiative in work
• Have transport
• Have an awareness of or better a commitment to environmental and organic
• Have good insight and awareness of the market
• A bonus, although not a requirement, is knowledge of online marketing practices.

This is a contract position to start work immediately. Base + commission + bonus based on sales performance plan, negotiable based on experience. Flexible working hours – 5 days a week or 40 hours, total flexible to meet objectives of position.

Home office is located in Bali. Candidate must be located in Bali or able to dedicate a minimum of one month in Bali for training to be completed before 30November 2012.
