UCP Roda Untuk Kemanusiaan (UCPRUK) is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Physical Therapist. UCPRUK is an Indonesian Yayasan whom operating in partnership with an international NGO, UCP Wheels for Humanity (UCPWFH). UCPWFH has been providing wheelchairs worldwide for over 16 years. UCP Wheels for Humanity is focused on the quality of work provided internationally and the development of groundbreaking and progressive programs.
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for conducting qualified wheelchair service provision trainings and activities based on UCPRUK's established annual plan. The position will report directly to the Training Coordinator and support not only the wheelchair service provision training, but also UCPRUK's wheelchair service provision activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Conduct UCPRUK's wheelchair service provision individually and in team as important part of obtaining good qualification of Wheelchair Service Provision Trainer
• Conduct UCPRUK's wheelchair service provision trainings (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced Level)
• Responsible for monitoring the follow up of the trainings (collecting and reviewing the tasks assigned to the participants and making decision of the success of the participants)
• In Coordination with the co-trainer(s) and assist the training coordinator in developing training plan and activities
• Reporting the training and service activities to the training coordinator
• Other duties as assigned
• Follow UCPRUK's policies and procedures
Qualification:
• Degree in related field or minimum 3 years working experience
• Good communication skill (also at public speaking) and sensitivity to work with community
• Computer literate (MS Office, Power Point, Excel)
• Skill as a trainer
• Having high interest in wheelchair service provision
• Self-discipline, well organized, initiative
• Good English skill
• Able to work independently as well as part of the team
• Hard worker, fast learner, mature
• Availability to travel
