CEPAT project

CEPAT project is a five –year program (2012 – 2017) funded by the USAID and implemented by Yayasan Jaringan Kesejahteraan/Kesehatan Masyarakat (JKM).

The main goal of CEPAT is decreased burden of TB program in vulnerable population, especially people living in urban slums, remote islands, post-disaster areas, poor and malnourished people, contracts of TB and
MDR-TB patients, and people living with HIV/AIDS.

Advocacy, Communication, and Social Mobilization (ACSM) training curriculum for community mobilization, TB patient support, community health worker outreach and local government advocacy and advocate the
local government to change regulation that are not consistent with the National Tuberculosis Program’s (NTP’s) guidance, increase funding, and provide better quality TB services.

We are looking for qualified Indonesian individual who have a passion for making a differences in the lives who can fill the following long term positions:

Community Organizational Development (COD) Coordinator, base in Medan, with qualification:

- Minimum Master’s degree (S-2) with experience in TB program management

- Experience in 5 years in INGO or NGO

- Responsible for community organizational development and ability provide capacity building

- Coordinate with COD Prov. level, governments and other stakeholders.

- Have good knowledge in Office Software such as Word, Excel, Power Point

- Have the ability to coordinate and work in team, good communication skills both written and spoken in English

Community Organizational Development (COD) Provincial, base in Jakarta, with qualification:

- Minimum public health degree or social degree concerning with TB program experience

- Experience in 5 years in INGO or NGO

- Responsible for community organizational development and will provide capacity building

- Coordinate with COD Prov. level, governments and other stakeholders.

- Organize communities in the provinces, coordinate and conduct regular meetings with District CODs and M&E staff, collect data from the District CODs and submit data to the M&E staff.

- Have good knowledge in Office Software such as Word, Excel, Power Point

- Have the ability to coordinate and work in team, good communication skills both written and spoken in English

Community Organizational Development (COD) Districts, 2 positions, base in Deli Serdang and Serdang Bedagai, with qualification:

- Minimum diploma or social degree concerning with TB program experience

- Experience in 5 years in INGO or NGO

- Responsible for community organizational development and will provide capacity building

- Coordinate with COD Prov. level, governments and other stakeholders.

- Have good knowledge in Office Software such as Word, Excel,Power Point

- Good communication skills

Finance and Accounting Manager, base in Medan, with qualification:

- Minimum Accounting Degree

- Good knowledge of Financial Management principles and Accounting

- Have the ability to make Financial Report to the USAID funding

- Good knowledge of Taxation and its report

- Have good knowledge in Office Software such as Word, Excel,Power Point

- Have the ability to work fast and accurate

- Have the ability to coordinate and work in team, good communication skills both written and spoken in English

- Familiar with finance software specially in Accurate system or other finance software systems

Accounting and Finance staff, base in Medan, with qualification:

- Minimum diploma accounting or finance degree

- Good knowledge of Financial Management principles and Accounting

- Have the ability to work fast and accurate

- Have the ability to coordinate and work in team, good communication skills both written and spoken in English

- Familiar with finance software specially in Accurate system or other finance software systems

- Have good knowledge in Office Software such as Word, Excel,Power Point

HR and Admin Asst, base in Medan, with qualification:

- Minimum diploma degree or psychology degree

- Good knowledge in Human Resource Regulation

- Strong in documentation

- Have the ability to coordinate and work in team, good communication skills both written and spoken in English

- Have good knowledge in Office Software such as Word, Excel,Power Point

Sub grant and Admin Asst, base in Medan, with qualification:

- Minimum social degree or finance degree

- Good knowledge in Finance and Admin matters

- Strong in documentation

- Have the ability to coordinate and work in team, good communication skills both written and spoken in English

- Have good knowledge in Office Software such as Word, Excel,Power Point

Finance and Admin Officer base in Jakarta, Padang and Medan, with qualification:

- Minimum Accounting or finance degree or other relevant degrees

- Good knowledge in Finance and Admin matters

- Strong in documentation

- Have the ability to coordinate and work in team, good communication skills both written and spoken in English

- Familiar with finance software specially in Accurate system or other finance software systems

- Have good knowledge in Office Software such as Word, Excel,Power Point
