Micro Finance Officer – Contractual Base (Jakarta )
Responsible for monitoring and evaluation, institutional development, staff management, program development and general
Requirements:
· University degree in business, management, economics, or legal is preferred.
· Minimum of at least 4 years of experience in microfinance.
· Experience in conducting microfinance program evaluation is required
· Must have proven ability to provide technical assistance to microfinance.
· Experience with business planning and analysis for Microfinance Program is a plus.
· Experience in facilitating negotiation and win-win solution discussion is a plus.
· Ability to provide partner oversight and support, write reports; represent Plan externally, analyze institutions and needs.
· Strong communication skills, experience in facilitating and coordinating meeting.
· Strong computer (MS Office) and organizational skills;
· Good spoken and written English is a plus;
· Willingness to travel throughout the project areas in Central Java and Greater Surabaya is must.
· Flexibility and willingness to work in rapidly changing conditions is necessary.
