Due to organizational new structure,  Plan Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Indonesian national to fill the position of:

 

YEE Field Officer – Kefamenanu NTT

 

I.                     JOB SUMMARY:

Assist Project Manager  in managing YEE – EC Project in Sub District & Village level in order to implement  Plan International Program

II.                  MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

R.1.         Planning

 

T.1. In collaboration with CDO, TVET, MED Officer & partners to  facilitate community program planning as the technical resource person for YEE-EC

T.2. In under supervision Project manager , develop detail work plan per 1 month with

       community    

R.2          Implementation

 

T.1. Organize all activities (e.g. training,coordination,meeting) on the sub district and village level

T.2 Liaison with local stakeholder & spoke person in  every village

T3. Recruit target beneficiries for YEE – EC Project , mentor and supervise village level activities

T4.  Collect field data and ensure timely and accurate reporting of data

T5. Prepare monthly updates and quarterly reports

R.3.         Monitoring and Evaluation

T.1 Monitor and support for the targetof beneficiries activities in the village and prepare for the monthly activities report

R.4. Administration

T.1. Responsible for  administration and budgeting

IV.               PERFORMANCE INDICATOR:

·         Right budget spending

·         Timely and accurately of community advance liquidation (project liquidation)

·         Compliance report to the audit standard

·         (If it is part time staff) log book consists of spent time and the activities and its result (as the validation of the working time)

V.                 COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

Education

·         Diploma 3^rd in Social Science  

 

Experience:

·         Minimum 3 years experience in community development

·         Experienced in representational roles

·         Experienced in promoting and developing learning in your area of expertise

 

Attitude:

·         High integrity

·         Honest

·         Independent

 

Knowledge and skill:

·         Good understanding about Community Development concept and practices

·         Good facilitation skill

·         Good networking with government organization, non government organization, and others relevant institution

·         Good interpersonal skill and team work

·         Understand about human right and child right

·         Good adaptation and familiar and sensitive to local culture and custom

·         Good computer skill

·         Able to ride motor cycles
